위치가 조금 안쪽에 떨어져있어 차 없이는 이동이 불편합니다. 다만 신상 호텔이라 모든 시설이 깔끔하고 편리합니다. 수압도 엄청 쎄서 샤워하기 편했습니다!

真的挺不錯的

a beautiful sanctuary in Santa Ponsa! The hotel's stunning design and attentive staff made a strong impression on me and are the reasons I will be back. They met all our business event needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly from meetings indoors to coaching sessions outside on the terrace. The food was exceptional, offering a tasty variety of well-presented dishes - lunch with Spanish specialities was my favourite. After busy work days, the beautiful rooms provided a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. This hotel brilliantly combines luxury with functionality.

I think the title just about sums this lovely boutique resort. Beautifully situated in a quiet location approx 30 mins from Palma, set in a large gardens of mediterranian plants, tress and herbs this is a fabulous place to stay for a re - charge and escape from everyday life! From arrival to departure all the staff were fabulous, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Throughout our stay we were made to feel very special. The room was bright,modern, decorated with subtle colours and had all the amenities you would expect at a five star hotel. We had a large balcony with views across the gardens and pool. The restaurant has a large open kitchen and serves Asian/Mediterranian fusion with an extensive list of possibilities and combinations. There were quite a few couples staying who had young children and i could see that this hotel is obviously works well for them and is very child friendly. There is a large family pool and aslo an adult only pool seperated by the outdoor bar/ restaurant, which makes the adult pool a quiet realxing area. The Gym, Spa and very large indoor pool are all very impressive and beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I would throughougly reccomend this lovely hotel for a 4 /5 night stay or a long weekend break, with or without young children.

Highly recommend this property, from the moment we arrived at approx. 1am in the morning we were made to feel so welcome and felt special. Staff that went the extra mile from FOM Eduardo, Jobe, Jose, Marta (spa) , Dani but all staff made our stay

This hotel is incredible. It’s the second Kimpton I’ve stayed in (London also) and I am obsessed. Everything is perfection… the decor, food, rooms, spa, staff. My husband and I went for 4 nights without the children and it was everything we imagined an more. I’ve never felt so relaxed - most of our time was spent in the spa as the weather wasn’t great. Food- I loved the som tam salad and burrata salad the most but it was all amazing including the yummy breakfast. I also had an amazing massage & facial which I couldn’t recommend more. Looking to go back in September and make it an annual trip. Massive shout out to all the incredible staff- so friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. You are in for a treat if you are planning a visit.

Beautiful resort location with great foods and drink and really able to recharge. The spa is magnificent and a great gym. The staff is fantastic and making your stay unforgettable. They are making sure that you get a lot of Personal attention.

A luxurious resort with great spa facilities, the team is always taking the extra mile to exceed your expectations, which is the norm for IHG Hotels, F&B is one of the strength points of this hotel, definitely recommended if you are looking for a luxurious vacation!

Overall we really wanted to like the Kimpton Mallorca but service was just so poor. The rooms are beautiful and the resort is brand new. It’s gorgeously designed. The AC in the rooms is excellent (never a given in Europe!) and the shower pressure is fantastic. The balcony in our room was fantastic, large and very quiet at night. The pools and pool beds are nice. But the service! No towels replaced or picked up at the pool. No staff at breakfast - you just walk in and stand around trying to figure out if you should sit down. When you sit down someone finally runs over demanding your room number. There’s an a la carte menu at breakfast, but we only received the menu at the table once out of 3 days, and no one ever asked if we wanted to order from it so we never actually got a chance to try it. Coffee service is slow and you have to flag everyone down. Pool bar was similar. Once I was standing and someone came out asking if I had been helped. I said no and he said “well my colleague should have helped you.” I ended up just getting up at every meal and walking over towards a waiter and asking for something. Disappointingly the pool restaurant was closed because October is the start of low season, but the weather was 30C and lots of people were by the pool. Overall just really disappointing for what I perceive to be an upscale brand at Kimpton.
