ホテル ハフニア(Hotel Hafnia)

We stayed in Hafnia Hotel four nights, in an accessible room, since my wife is using a wheelchair. The location is central, colours and design is tasty, and we were overall happy with the room and bathroom, cleaning and service. Excellent breakfast. Good value for the price. Friendly and smiling staff, but the young Faeroe breakfast staff should try to speak Scandinavian rather than English with Norwegians like us, Danes and Swedes. The dinner menu should have had more options, but there are many restaurants just a few steps from the Hotel

This is a 3-star hotel, not 4 as it states. No service and low comfort. Seems like a conference-center more than a hotel.

Is the Dame of hotels in Torshavn, newly refreshed but the same good home from home. The breakfast and dining room is great. Frendly friendly service and in the center of the center. The lobby frond desk staff is wonderful! One can order panorama for a party or birthdays

Very friendly staff .Good location ,there are some restaurants,bars and shops across.There is a restaurant insise too . We stayed in the hotel rooms and one cottage. Both ok spacious and clean. Cottage good equiped. Wonderfull breakfast.

It’s the location…glad I chose Hotel Hafnia. Easy check-in, name and handed a key. Elevator…I used the stairs. Rooms are small, but comfortable for a single. Double beds feel tiny so glad I was solo for this trip. Good Wi-Fi, linens. Yes, recommend.

Our family of three had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Hafnia. We spent five nights in the cottage called Baker Hansen's House and really loved it. While the ladder to the bedrooms was a little intimidating at first, we quickly adapted and loved the charm of this special place. Breakfast was lovely each morning (though could be crowded so allow some time) and wine hour was appreciated in the afternoons, the few days we were available for it. This hotel is perfectly located and we so enjoyed our time here and in the Faroe Islands.

Our experience at Hafnia Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore Thorshavn with ease, and the nearby public parking was a huge plus. The cozy and tastefully decorated rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. We looked forward to our daily complimentary glass of wine, a perfect way to unwind. The themed floors named after local spots added a charming touch to our stay. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the scrumptious breakfast boasting an extensive selection. The staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home.

Hotel Hafnia has the best location in Torshavn. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Behind the hotel they have many small traditional houses, which are made into rooms. Ideal for 3 og 4 sharing. The staff is very helpful ( like all people on the Faroe Islands. Food and service in excellent. In one the old houses they have the restaurant Katrina Christiansen, very good mix of tradional and modern foos based on local produce. Very good vibe.

I was there for 4 days and everything was perfect. The rooms are made in the best retro style and are well and stylishly furnished. The bed was really good and there were good TV channels so I could watch World Cup in football, which I needed ;-) The staff were very welcoming and helpful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone as a super good hotel for both singles, couples and business. I thank and bow
