Excellent place with love filled service. We didn’t speak Portuguese but everyone here made us feel at home. Looking for a spot to connect with nature and get away from your daily hustle. Highly highly recommended

Nice little hotel. Good, clean and comfortable rooms. Very few amenities. No food or snacks available . Nice breakfast. Courteous staff. Wonderful location, very close to the village center and the best local restaurants. Transportation to the closest beaches.

Was a brilliant experience. We were in room 10 with our own private infinity pool so who could complain! Service was always great, with free Brigadeiro and popcorn on command with a great afternoon tea, breakfast until 1PM with an excellent selection, and a great bar at night. Only suggestion would be they should have a “Do not disturb” sign on the door as every time we left, they made our bed when sometimes our room was in a place that we didn’t want them to come in 😅😂. Was done with good intention though and a candy on the bed each time so can’t fault that either! A free 20 minute massage as well for each of us and some beautiful touches for it being our honeymoon. I had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was just wonderful. Everything was freshly made every morning and there was a wide variety of things to choose from. The room was super comfortable as well.

The hotel is very cozy and well located within a short walk to the Quadrado. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive to guest's needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast is excellent. They have an extensive menu with a variety of fruit juices, cakes, omelets and tapiocas. I had a great time. I highly recommend the suites with sea view.

This is a very quaint and comfortable boutique hotel in Troncoso, Porto Seguro Brazil It is very well managed, The rooms are spacious and very comfortble rustic and very clean. The breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful view to the Atlantic is abundant with fresh fruit, cheese, coffee and other goodies. Service was most friendly and efficient. It is only a few minute walk to the " Quadrada" where there are a multitude of restaurants to choose for dining. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in Troncoso.

Fabulous boutique pousada with a trendy sexy vibe and only 11 rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. Spacious rooms. Nice infinity pool. Hotel has a shuttle to the beach and access to a beach club which has great food and nice facilities. Very helpful front desk service. Fantastic overall and would highly recommend.

There are things that I really liked about my stay here but I have to be honest and say that, if given a choice to do it all over again, I would stay somewhere else. Starting with the good, the staff at the hotel was inexperienced but endearing. I was greeted with smiles and they made me feel at home. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Quadrado. The private beach is beautiful, pristine with great service. The provided shuttle back and forth was very handy. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The property is impeccably clean at all times. Now the bad stuff, I stayed 6 nights but ended up in three different rooms. I left the first room 3 days in because a very strong mildew smell started to emanate from the AC unit. To their credit, they were quick to respond to the issue and moved me to an upgraded room within 30 mins. I ended up leaving the second room earlier than planned because a mix-up occurred and the promised late check-out became an issue. I had to spend my last 4 hours in yet another room. The shuffling around was incredibly frustrating. The food from the restaurant was highly disappointing and this includes the food served at the beach. The meat and seafood offered is not fresh. You can tell by the texture that it was frozen AFTER being cooked. Unacceptable and not edible. Everything is very much overpriced for the service and product offered. Finally, I was rather shocked when I arrived to be walked to the door of my room and left there with no explanation on how the property works (location of the pool, restaurant and the fact that I would need to bring my passport to the beach for identification). What made it worse is that no one spoke english so I had to fumble my way through things with a translator app. It made things difficult and took me a few days to adjust and figure things out. I didn't hate my time there but the hotel did not meet my expectations unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Bar and restaurant is not open on Sundays and aTuesdays, there isn’t a hot tub, staff is very nice but not prepared. Place is good, but you could get better housing and service for this rate here and all over the country. Very expensive for what they offer.
