Good staff great hotel and amenities, definitely recommend to anyone I know

Great value for what it is but didn’t deliver on most of what it promised. Day Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast not appetizing at all. No fresh options at all. Pool looked dirty and unkept but the hot tub was nice and had a decent view. Expect mediocre and you’ll be just fine.

Rooms were very clean, seemed to be recently renovated. Front desk staff was excellent in their service. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment of check in to check out everything was just amazing. We had a blast swimming and the breakfast bar was great. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place right off the highway to stay for a night while traveling. Not the most up to date place but it was decent. The pool being inside the lobby gives the smell of chlorine all the time which is not nice on the nose. The staff were very kind and helpful and the bteakfast was great!

In the main lobby at check in the facility was fine, however it was not the same experience once in the hallway to the room I was given. I came in thru the "D" entrance and was given room #153. From the moment I entered the building the "Musty/Stale" smell hits like a wall.

Ugh...not a great place to stay. The lobby was ice-cold and my room not much better. I had to have the heater on full blast/86 degrees all night just to keep the room warm. My room was near an exterior exit- to which the door not only didn't lock, it didn't even close all the way. My pillows had a funky smell and I had no water in the morning. (I was told a city pipe burst.) Awful coffee provided with a very marginal 'continental breakfast'. It's worth paying the extra $$ to stay up the road at La Quinta!

The staff was very friendly which makes your experience alot better even for such a sad stay. We attended a funeral and our stay made it a little easier to say goodbye to our loved one. Thank you

It was good for what we needed. Sophie at the front desk was amazing even though we got here late she was kind and helpful. The gentleman running breakfast wasn’t very excited to be there ;(. Our room was non smoking but bedspread had cigarette burns in it and so did our bathroom sink.
