Excelente preparación . El personal muy gentil amable servicial , las variedades de comida muy bonita y excelente comida todo muy bonito el restaurante la limpieza de las habitaciones muy bien todo la piscina el agua tibia fue lo mejor para mi

We had a great time at the resort. We are already planning our next trip back. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped us with a room issue,took care of it immediately.

Literally the best thing they had was the drinks. Food was horrible and not much entertainment. There was no clothing iron in my room and when I asked the front desk for one they said I can borrow one for 40 minutes.

The beach was beautiful and clean. The food was excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. Staff however, needs to be more attentive. I asked the housekeeper if I could get an iron and she said they didn’t have any. Another housekeeper told her to go amd Get an iron from a room where she stored one and she refused to go. At the end she agreed to get it and Never returned. I came across that person later on and asked her what happened. She didn’t respond nicely.Entertainment needs to improve.

The staff was so accommodating, the resort was beautiful and kept clean and well maintained. The main buffet as well and special restaurants were wonderful. I would gladly recommend this resort to other and would happily return!

check in was very smooth. our room had literally one outlet which did not work. no iron or ironing board in room, the phone did not work so we could not call the front desk to notify them, i had to walk all the way back to the front desk, we had no towels in the room, no alarm clock. food was mediocre and many dishes were cold or luke warm. if you do not eat when the buffet or grill is open there are no snack bars in between. the towel guys barely had towels and we had to wait 15 mins for new ones. resort grounds were very clean i must admit minus the pool which had dead bugs and plants inside which you have push away from you. barely any resort activities and the music did not come on until later in the afternoon. not many young people, more of a senior citizen resort. I would like to thank mr vargas from the front desk who changed my room and also gave me an upgrade of my room since i had multiple issues upon retrieval of my room. very disappointed with my stay. unfortunately i will not be returning.

Returned to this resort after five years. Food is good. We went to the a la cartes most evenings and food was delicious and as it is quieter than main buffet. Would prefer to have evening cocktails in proper glassware... not paper. That was the main dissatisfier. Beach is larger than you realize.

We stayed at this resort for a short family vacation. Overall, it was a nice experience. The beach is lovely and the water was great. The restaurants are just OK and for my vegetarian daughter, the options were incredibly limited. Surprisingly, the Buffet never really had a specific vegetarian option. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is in pretty good shape, but some of the rooms are a little bit worn and could use some updating. Both swimming pools were very nice. Gym is small but well equipped. The excursions off of the resort to the waterfalls was fantastic but we did not feel that the dirt buggy expedition was worth it. Overall a nice place for a few days.
