We booked the standard room because the standard room and the upgraded room had the same photos advertised so we thought we’d take a chance. A few weeks before the trip we called to see if we could upgrade and to make dinner reservations in advance. We were told that we had to wait until we got to the resort. When we first got there we waited in line for 45 minutes. They told us that they had no room to upgrade and that dinner reservations are only from 9am-11am so to come back tomorrow. A shuttle/golf cart took us to the room. He went up hill fast and didn’t say anything and we almost fell out from the back. The door was so old it was difficult to open. When we finally got into the room we couldn’t believe how bad it looked. The main light in the room, the tv and the phone didn’t work. There were stains on the white sheets. The fridge looked like it had water damage at the bottom, it looked gross and they never refilled the fridge during our 4 day stay. They wanted to charge us $50 to use the janky looking safe everyday. The bathroom looked so gross. The window, the sink, the floors. When I showered the water sprayed all over the bathroom. The shower head needs to be replaced.Everyday we went down to make dinner reservations and they kept telling us they were booked. So we did the buffet everyday. We tried to upgrade the room everyday but was told there was nothing available. The customer service was horrible!The Club that they advertise was closed so no night life. Horrible
