ホテル アイル デ バルデナス(Hotel Aire de Bardenas)

Gorgeous hotel. Very friendly staff, but virtually zero service. Nobody warned us that the Bubble rooms are too hot to bear as early as 8:30 in the morning and no turn dwn service made us responsible for the necessary climate control at night. Only one key to our Bubble, so cld not split up to leave/return to the locked bubble area. We had to cart our own baggage, figure out the a/c and outdoor tub on our own, and drinks at the ‘free’ welcome bbq were not free.

Awesome location for a night before or after a visit to Bardenas Réales desert. Attentive staff, environment friendly architecture and very good restaurant! Nice pool and outside bath in some rooms. They accept your doggy for a fee, which for us was so convenient!

Excellent room ( kind of Steel box with large window to the field ) very large Shower area . The do a BBQ ( when we were there ) so if you like to grill or burn the offered sausage. Excellent breakfast and we also had diner on the premises . all perfect. A very interesting site

Just loved the design of this hotel - so cool and minimalist. Great vibe - cool yet relaxed. Our room was v comfortable, relaxing and quiet - great sleep. Loved breakfast although while dinner great quality none of the dinner food wowed us re taste. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so better to dine in, not loads to see close by so one for a couple of nights of relax, the v picturesque bardenas national park is a short drive away. Great service and the highlight for us was the local sausages you could cook on a fire pit between 7 and 8 each evening, was fun and brought everyone together over a pre dinner drink. Nice pool but no view.

The location and the architecture are outstanding. Great concept for an area that has not been invaded yet by mass tourism. The price quality, unfortunately, is far from being in balance. It might be one of the phenomena deriving from COVID recovery and the challenge of finding talent, but the service is absolutely not trained and not at the height of the price you pay for a 4-star. Bitter-sweet…

Nice looking hotel. But a real disaster when you are there. It stinks due to the fields around, bringing flies that prevent you from going to the pool. Food is correct however the waiters are clearly not trained to do it. Plates are dropped on the table, up to you to do it yourself. No need to ask, they don’t know. Obviously it is a cash machine owned by a company that does not care about customers provided they pay. Up to you !!

Accueil sympathique, souriant et à l’écoute. Emplacement surprenant…vue sur un parc d’éoliennes non mentionnée dans les commentaires depuis la piscine, depuis le restaurant qui dénature l’environnement. Concernant la chambre (cube avec vue sur le désert) : nous avons changé immédiatement de chambre (la 19) car mitoyenne et entendions notre voisin + odeur désagréable dans la chambre. La 18, était agréable avec vue dégagée sur le désert. Petit déjeuner cher pour la qualité mais un service à table agréable. Hôtel situé proche de Tudela, sûrement avec le plus bel extérieur mais prix exorbitant eu égard les prestations globales.

+ expérience dans la bulle, le restaurant est rigolo, accueil sympathique et arrangeant. - l’odeur nauséabonde et difficilement supportable dehors, le tarif absolument pas justifié, le style basique des « cubes » et la vue qui est franchement pas ouf. Vraiment trop cher pour ce que c’est
