I had a beautiful days in the Bahia principe luxury sian ka'an adults only. It was peaceful/clean and very relaxing which is what I was going for. My only critique would be suggesting to go to one of the other attached resorts for more of a younger vibe. Myself and friend and 33/35 and most of the residents I the adults only were of retirement age. I was nervous to go off resort but if you want an amazing beach, ask the resort to get a taxi to the Tulum beach clubs. Club Mia was so nice. Also splurge for private transfer to the resort from airport. We arrived at 230pm at airport. But didn't arrive to the resort until 630pm because there were several pickup and drop offs along the way.

Clean and well maintained property. Food was great and all the staff are accommodating and friendly. Best all inclusive so far.

Room had water leaking in. Ruined a pair of shoes. Let the staff know, no one ever came to check. This was my 8th time at Sian Ka'an, would never come back.

Great property to stay at. There was plenty to do between all of the resorts. The people are extremely friendly. I will stay there again.

First time to this area of Mexico. Staff are very pleasant. Room was clean but didbhave that wet musty smell. Pools were very clean. Entertainment guides were very fun and energetic.

I thought the property was going to be nice i have been to better resorts it was small limited activities just boring in my opinion staying here you need to book excursions outside of the resort

Liked access to all properties. Eating options. Friendliness of staff. Willingness to help. Bathrooms could be updated. Facility could use an upgrade.

Fantastic staff. Great evening entertainment. Would look at staying at one of the other properties closer to the beach next time.

Bahia Principe Sian Kahn is a well kept property. The ala carte dining reservation process puts last minute travelers at a disadvantage to book. The trolley says it runs every 10 minutes but this is untrue. It’s more like every 30 minutes. The restaurants were inconsiderate when we arrived late due to the trolleys. The restaurants eventually accommodated us but made it seem as though we were inconveniencing them. The app needs some updates to allow space for the guests to enter modifications to the food items. It was an ordeal to get french toast with no strawberries on it and a side of bacon. In two attempts on two different days, the kitchen never got it right.
