I will not delete from this content. Hotel services were great. Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful Outdoor pool is definitely a plunge pool and all pools are uninviting in the winter. Do not under any circumstances book this hotel with *******. Their systems are sub par and are unable to manage information in Canadian dollars.

The rooms were beautiful and quiet. Spa was over the top wonderful! We will definitely return.

The views were spectacular. Excellent food and service. The hot tub could use some maintenance.

You can tell they haven’t put any money into this place in years. Food was great in lounge! However, super disappointed in condition of hot tubs. Wouldn’t step foot into this cesspool!

Room appliances should be updated. The dishwasher didn’t work, the fridge was super cold and froze all our food including the vegetables which we then had to throw out because they were ruined. Then on the last day the freezer started to leak. There was no dial on the fridge or freezer so there was nothing we could do. The element took forever to reach a hot enough heat to cook food. Overall experience was good, everyone was friendly & helpful - but the appliances should be updated for the amount of money people are spending to stay.

Such a beautiful location and the staff are second to none. They even managed to have a dramatic storm for us! I’d go back again with enthusiasm.

lovely hotel...very comfortable, nicely appointed, stunning view, staff was helpful. As a person with a temporary mobility disability, parking was a huge issue. An unfortunate power outage left me on the 3rd floor with all my gear, and no elevator in my wing as it was knocked out and not brought back on line. A sign on the elevator door with directions would have been helpful. The hotel could use some input from disabled people with how to deal with issues.

Have stayed here 5 years in a row, this trip was by far the worst stay. BBL restaurant server was pretty rude & slow, hot tub was pretty dirty and the surrounding area was not the cleanest, room was clean but there were hairs in the shower and the bed. Probably won't be staying here again.

This is a gorgeous property with delicious food and wonderful staff! Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Felt very welcome even while travelling with pets. Even my cat loved staying here!
