A decent stay with good staff behaviour. Food quality was good and the service was fast without any long wait period. Would recommend for stay to others as well. A little interior but a safe location to travel and commute. Overall the experience was good.

Paid parking-200, pure momdan area, parking area is too far around 2 km to hotel, staff good behaviour and helpful, food is not good, rooftop is lake view, room window view momdan houses.

The property was ok. Situated in the old part of the city among the narrow lanes of the city. Faculties with respect to cost were not justified. Hospitality was good and staff was supportive.

Location is within the village among the homes so does not gives the feel of the hotel. Food was average, amenities were ok. Staff was excellent, very polite and very supportive.

The hotel experience was good. The staff was quite helpful. The view is amazing. Room was nice. Room service could be more prompt. Receptionist was helpful and kind.

Overall good experience but the major fault is parking issue, if you want to explore old city than must recommend this hotel.

The property is outdated located in old udaipur in narrow lanes. The hotel lacks some basic amenities like a hair dryer & water geyser etc. The staff is helpful in every way no complaints on that. Rooms are small too. Don't go by the name of the hotel it's not "royal" in any way.

Fouled smelling washroom, ac vent leakage all night day long, worst stay. Poor management and staff shortage, bad experience. Not worth

Mention room size 306 sq ft in description but in actually it was small. As well as no hot water facility for 24 hrs, even we didn't get hot water in morning. In unlimited breakfast we only got coffee, poha & aalu paratha.

I recently stayed at a hotel which advertised early check-in. However, upon arrival at around 7-8 am, I was informed that my room wouldn't be available until 12 pm. Despite all rooms being occupied, they offered early check-in for an additional ₹1000, which I declined. We waited for four hours, which was fine initially. But even after requesting around 11:30 am, the staff kept delaying and provided a room 30-40 minutes past the check-in time. The service was disappointing, as even a simple request for a water bottle took over half an hour and required multiple follow-ups. The hotel's actual condition did not match the pictures online, especially the rooftop, which was in poor shape with what looked like year-old food on the tables. It was also evident that the staff prioritized foreign guests, giving them better treatment. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, especially considering the price paid.

Property location is not good. It is not safe for women. There was no place to eat dinner and lack of staff. Only interior is good.
