'Zana' Lakeview Resort - Most Scenic Lakeside Resort

Awsome stay at Zana, the staff was very efficient and the services were very good. Food was also gr8. Overall nice property with nice faciliries and awsum location. Very scienic nice rooms, njoyed a lot. Special thanks to the staff at reception, restaurant Thanks Zana.. 🙂

The property is very good on the outside.. the views etc but the rooms and food is pathetic.. the staff is excellent and courteous .. but the management needs to really gear up and make it decent enough for people to come back.. ………………………………….

Just to give a background - I am a luxury traveler and have travelled to most of the premium properties of Taj, Oberoi and Leela. We stayed 2N Taj Fateh Prakash, 2N Zana and 2N Taj Aravali. We were treating Zana as a 'filler' resort in our trip but I must say that the views and expanse this hotel provides - put it at per with the other 2, if not better. It has the BEST VIEW a resort can offer, and the pool is also insane. The building and the rooms are okay, but for what they are charging they are GREAT value for money. Sahil from the F&B team served us all throughout and was so kind and caring that I had to mention his name. The only issue is to get a cab back from the resort, so make sure to prebook. Also the food here is great and make sure to choose the dinner package because there's nothing nearby and it's a much better deal to buy dinner beforehand. I THINK THIS HOTEL IS A MUST for people looking to chill in Udaipur.

The resort located on the bank of Udaysahar lake. View from resort was great. Staff was polite & always ready to help. Service & food was very great, They prepared special dish for children. Special thanks to Mr. Srinivas, Abhishek, Meena, Pinky & sahil. The only thing need to improve is Wi Fi connectivity.

We liked ambience and food as well. our guest service associate Mr. Abhishek served us very well, he is a very attendent and cherished person. We ordered mostly non Indian dishes, all dishes were cooked well and we all liked the taste. You get a view of lake while eating, we would like to visit again.

Very beautiful stay at Zana Resort! The staff is very humble and cooperative, always at our service. We would really like to appreciate Ms Pinky and Mr Abhishek for taking our extra care and serve us in the most humble way. We'll surely visit again and recommended it to our acquaintances as well.

Resort location is too good and Deepak sir hosted us and helped us to explore udaipur, he made a good intenary and suggested some good places. Hotel is beautiful with lake views . Good food good staff. Outside udaipur but a good place to relax and spend good time. Service can be improved which takes a bit long time

The location & the resort both were amazing. Staff was super helpful , they helped me a lot with my baby & provided so many baby requirments complimentary. Loved the place and the ambience. Food was aberage but other than that this place is 10/10
