Very bed , poor everything, no service, no water in the room, nothing is movable, no cooperation at all from anyone there. Please don't go there don't book. Worst hotel ever I have seen in my life.very very very poor management. No one look after you there please please don't go there.

I stayed in this hotel through Office trip and my overall experience was really nice. This hotel contains many floors and rooms which is ideal for bigger groups. It is situated outskirts of Udaipur city. If you are going for sight scenes, then you have to take own vehicle or cabs. Food was nice the cleanliness was good, there is pool area and Gym also which was impressive. There are 2 banquet areas at the basement where you can arrange a party even there is outside area too where you can set a get together. Space is really good. There are no shops at the surrounding area. Room service was also good. So overall experience was good.

It was very nice stay , amazing place sourounded by Aravali hills . Good staffs,,,,,,, Pool side hi tea is very nice , that put night entertainment…… live singing and sound …… Wonderful stay thanks team

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time … Mountains view was amazing food quality is too good and at reasonable prices

Room was so good we feeled very comfortable your gadhla was so pocha pocha it's very soft softy softy we need only a girl but there was not baki every thing is good thnx next time we are come we want hot swimming pool ohk baki tamne jevi maja aave evo nai to ame nai aaviye bhale ne baki tamari marji🫡🫡

Service is slow here and it does not seem that the rooms are properly cleaned. We requested an extra mattress/cot for the room that came with dirty pillows and sheets. We asked for these to be replaced, but when we came back to the room at the end of the day none of the sheets had been changed. Gross. The hotel looks beautiful but needs to do a more diligent job with customer service.
