I recently stayed at Radisson Blu and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was far from the standards expected from a reputed brand like this. Cleanliness issues: There were visible stains on the walls, which gave the room a very unkempt and unhygienic appearance. Facilities not functional: The intercom was not working, making it very difficult to reach the staff for assistance. Maintenance problems: There was a blockage in the basin, causing water to accumulate and adding to the inconvenience. Despite raising these concerns, Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, the General Manager of the property, was unable to provide any resolution. The lack of accountability and effective management made the stay even more frustrating. I expected much better from Radisson Blu and will think twice before choosing this hotel again.

部屋はとても良かった。しかし、朝食はそうではありませんでした。品質を改善する必要があります。特にアイドル状態は悪く、トウモロコシも良かったです。

Stayed 2 nights in Nov 23. Right on main road which remains pretty congested but easy to find. Overall stay pretty poor mainly due to total lack of professionalism and expertise by hotel staff. Only saving grace was the manager Mr Praveen, who helped in every way to solve problems. Right from check in everything was on request from soap, to shampoo, to tea coffee sachets. If they brought you soap, you had to ask for towel. Then ask for shampoo. Then ask for tea cofee sachets. Then ask for a cup. Then ask for a spoon. TV did not start and u had to call someone. AC control is with hotel management, you cannot adjust. Door did not lock from outside. They had a rooftop party so declined food. Mr Praveen somehow managed to arrange something. Saving grace was the room which was spacious. Overall very poor management and staff who knows nothing of basic requirements in hospitality sector. Avoidable totally.

Ave o is very ideally located away from the hustle bustle of the city. It is located on the ramnagar highway and at close proximity to iim kashipur. The rooms are spacious and all the basic amenities are provided for.
