ホテル ネプトォーノ(Hotel Neptuno Playa & Spa)

這個應該算是在歐洲少有的相對性價比比較高的酒店了，離海灘非常近，早上起來可以跑跑步，早餐也不錯呃，我去的時候正好是高峯季，所以有點偏貴

Positives - The location is great for the beach with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Beach is beautiful as is the scenery. The reception staff were extremely helpful, providing milk for tea, bowls, and a free late checkout. Answered any questions we had. Only 1.5 mile walk/run to the beautiful park. A tram station is right outside going into the city centre and airport. All ideal. Negatives - It is extremely noisy being so close to a nightclub with music and people shouting outside until 4-5am each night we stayed (Thursday-Sunday). One night the hotel glass door was even smashed. The rooms are also very small. Way too much furniture (two arm chairs, desk and coffee table) which meant zero floor space to walk around. Finally, we went out for the day and got back at 4pm to find our room still had not been cleaned so it messed up our plans. No idea why it could take so long for such a small hotel. All in all, great staff, beautiful beach and views, but very overpriced for what it is. Bring your ear plugs!

The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk away from the metro line. The hotel and our room itself were very clean and the staff behind reception were friendly and accommodating. We'd certainly stop again.

Nice hotel right on the beach and close to transport links into the city. Thought €18 was expensive for breakfast, so we ate out. But lots of restaurants nearby that were a cheaper alternative.

The property is at a convenient location, everything is clean and the staff is quite friendly.

The hotel was very confortable, junior suite large and well equipped. Breackfast excellent and personnel as well. Very good stay, reccomended

Lovely hotel well situated beside the beach but unaware of night club beside hotel playing very loud music until 6am

I’m not sure if it’s because we used a 3rd party booking site or not, but, requests were not taken into consideration. We were in a room right outside from the elevator when requested to be away from it. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were not ideal either. The bedding has burn holes in one. They also overcharged my credit card by over $132EUR (which they did refund when requested and apologized) front desk staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. However the restaurant staff were unresponsive and really didn’t want to be there. No quality checked no asks for coffee refills, if you didn’t take the buffet for breakfast you were an inconvenience to the wait staff.

It was a great small hotel , in a good position with excellent transport links . Easy to get into the city and with the beach on your doorstep . Restaurants a few steps away . The staff were helpful and polite. Good stay .
