Une réceptionniste très sympathique a résolu tous les problèmes.

It’s an old building that has never been updated. There are no lights in the courtyard in the evening, so you have to use the flashlight from your phone. They keep the lights off in the hallways, so you have to blindly find the light switch on the wall. The restaurant has 3 things on the menu and those poorly cooked. The rooms have the old spotted wall to wall carpet, old furniture and too bad for you if you want to have the night lamp on and charge your phone at the same time because there is only 1 plug! The village doesn’t have other restaurants, so unless you are willing to drive for each meal at least 15min in hope to find a spot, you’ll be stuck with mediocre food and service. We had 2 rooms for 5 nights but left after no one answered my complaint and I was met by the receptionist with the typical french arrogance “it’s an old building”, as if I cared, at the price they asked/room

The lady at the reception finally was very nice and friendly after I booked via the website as in the morning a telephonic reservation was impossible as before 12am nobody answered the phone. Room was ok with direct access to the pool although in detail the hotel needs some renovation like e.g. the broken fences and the missing cover at the sink. From restaurant there is a very nice view on the Le Havre Port. A small menue was promising but there was some only one waitor and restaurant full an the menue list got smaller while waiting to be served. The starters were nice the Caesar salad not , as too cold and the popcorn coating like little stones , unfortunately nobody wanted a feedback, so we skipped breakfast next morning. Maybe we had a unlucky day.

This is a hotel that I would like visit again with my wife! Great setting, nice rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, nice terrace. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast buffet during my stay. The receptionist was friendly and very efficient.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel avec ma compagne. Nous avions payé sur ********** mais la réceptionniste nous a dis que nous devions payer sur place et que ********** ne faisait que bloquer la somme. Le lundi suivant nous avions bien été débité par l'hotel et *********. Plutôt que de réparer son "erreur" l'hotel n'a jamais dénié répondre à nos emails (pas de trace écrite), nous avons téléphoné de nombreuses fois, à chaque fois la responsable devait nous rappeler prochainement (aucun appel), puis le paiement allait être passé, puis le paiement devait être reçu sur notre compte mais aucune trace sur notre compte. Nous avons demandé preuve du virement et la encore, silence. Outre l'arnaque, que l'on se passera de commenter, balader les gens pendant deux mois pour les faire abandonner à l'usure montre une belle maitrise de la technique. Ces gens sont malhonnêtes, fuyez.,

The location is great. The property needs a lot of maintenance. The beds are not comfortable. Expensive for what they offer.

I love the location of the place, really secluded from crowded areas and tourism, yet a few minutes away by car. Quiet, relaxing.

Cet hôtel est totalement à fuir. Très cher pour la qualité, chambre médiocre, petit déjeuner plus que basique pour 20€ par personne. Nous nous sommes faits avoir par les bons avoir mais pour 230€ la nuit, du fond du cœur, mettez votre argent ailleurs.

Site sympa et calme personnel agréable et souriant il y a de l amélioration à faire pour le petit déjeuner.. calme tranquille je conseille cet hôtel je retiens surtout l application du personnel afin de vous faire plaisir..on y mange bien 👍
