ホテル サマン(Hotel Samman)

ホテルは素晴らしいロケーションにあります。川とあらゆるアクティビティから 5 分。ホテルにはエレベーターがなく、ほとんどの時間非常に寒くて湿気がありました。ドアには南京錠がかけられ、数匹のげっ歯類が３階を走り回るのが目撃された。スタッフはとても素敵でフレンドリーですが。

Very bad experience from the hotel. Very unprofessional staff. The behaviour of the person at the reception is very rude. They don't listen and resolve your problem. And above all, very unhigenic toilet. The flush and jet were not working properly. I stayed there for two nights but didn't get it corrected. I will never stay there again and nor recommend anybody to go for it.

AC & Geyser did not work together; room service nonexistent; 2 250ml bottles of water supplied; stayed at 3rd floor but no lift facility; TV did not function, given different excuses each day; room rate was enhanced more than twice…

Mr arup owner of the hotel was helpful. Overall good stay. Location is prime in godowlia crossing. Will highly recommend this hotel because of location, near to temple which is 5 min walk. One can see the main market place from the balcony which is just outside the hotel once you will step out. Cost is also reasonable compared to location. Only suggestion will be if there will be restaurant facility for bengali dishes it will be really nice.

Location is good but as for as room is concerned the room quality is not up to the mark over priced

Staffs are well behaved. Location is good and clean. Rooms are nb est and clean. Staffs are trained. And hotel is safe for family stay.

Room is ok but not clean and ac is not working, also the washroom is not attached, we have to go out of the room and use it, it is also not clean

Very nice behaviour of the stuffs.They had arranged our very early check-in.We got everything what we wanted.We were travelling with our 20 months old babay.They had given all the basic needs of our baby😍. Thanks Hotel samman.

The hotel was not good as per the amount charged, it was very expensive, make my trip charges more, do not book from here
