不錯的温泉酒店

We stayed for 3 nights .Very nice hotel with excellent restaurant, reception staff superb, very grand style lounge area. We did not use the health spa facilities, but assume to be excellent No doubt, we very much enjoyed the use of the indoor and outdoor thermal pools! The structure here and there looks a little bit in need of updating and attention! Breakfast was good but not 5 star rating. Our room ,a executive junior sweet, was large with a comfortable bed and two bathrooms and a large balcony. For such a large room, it was a little under-furnished and the the walls were very bland and naked with little decoration. Room service was superb!

The service was once again of the highest quality in all areas!!! The reception staff could not do enough for us. The spa was brilliant and the pool side service excelled all expectations. The cleaning staff were also so helpful. We will ofc be recommending your wonderfully relaxing hotel to all our friends and we will be back soon;)

The hotel has his imposand and hospitable vibe from the arrival the staff at the reception was great and well informed about the facilities as they are plplentyThe SPA and the pools are amazing with great garden and spots to relax indoor and ourdoors. The most impressed aboutwithfood variety and the well pwell-prepareders. Recommended for the SPA and therapeutic treatments.

The rooms were great,cozy and clean, breakfast was one of the best that I ever have in Hotel's ( and I travel a lot). the pool was very clean and staff was proffesional and polite.Hotel is near centre of Abano, where they are few great restaurants and bars.

The hotel has definitely gone down. Problems: 1) room cleaning and maintenance poor. Shower hot and cold by moments, no bed turndown in the evening. Not acceptable in 5 star hotel. 2) food, specially in raw materials quite poor. Yo can see that it is now a chain out to make money. 3) All the amenities the hotel had before, as shows, excursions, etc. Gone! Massage and thermal water treatments still OK, but former warmth is gone with new employees not very happy with management. Conclusion, me and the group of friends who were regulars shall not be returning. What a loss for us and for you! Andres

Abano Terme is a town and remarkable architectural heritage spot of Italian Sanatorium culture. If someone foreigner has the interest in this culture at the Hotel President Terme / Abano Terme will find some classic example of 5* service. Rooms renovated with taste well preserving the old style details. General facilities as dining rooms, foyer, bar, pool area are real examples of 5* hotel or sanatorium. Service was superb from the check-in to pool area. Nevertheless food at the restaurant was not the best tasting, especially the dinner main courses. We had an impression that chef had his vacation while we were visiting this hotel.
