レジデンツァ カ サン マルコ(Residenza Ca' San Marco)

We have stayed here a few times over the years. It’s clean, comfortable and is in a great location. There is a coffee shop that local people use about 100 metres away and they are reasonably priced if you just want a coffee in the morning as we do. Some things have changed since our last visit, reception used to be in a nearby hotel and they are now separate which means that bag storage is no longer possible, there is a sign on reception that gives details of a few storage places in the area. The WiFi is very good. Access details were sent to us as promised and worked perfectly well. The safe didn’t work which we reported on day 1 and this wasn’t repaired, not a big deal but we like to use it when travelling as I’m sure many guests do. I would consider bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided are very small and we had to ask for replacements when used, again not a problem just an observation that may help when packing! We would happily return, the staff we met on reception in the morning of which there were three different persons were all friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and with the shutters closed it’s very quiet and dark in the room.

This property is in a perfect location - 4 minutes walk from Rialto vaparetto station. It's location - right on the canal is quiet despite the procession of gondolas passing by. The Residenza is so centrally located for Venices sights as well as shopping & eating options. We stayed in room with the balcony which really was so special - loved it.

Stayed hear over Easter 2023. Owner came to met us as we got off the water taxi and walked us to the apartment.. 5 mins if that. Beautiful place, tall ceiling , 3 bedrooms,small kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Everything was there that we needed and more. The o wet face is info pack and also explained about out and about, safety and areas. I would recommend this to anyone. All the apartment was clean. Also washer and hair dryer, dishwasher. It was in the heart of everything but not noisy.

There is a very small window of opportunity to check in… And then there is virtually no service beyond noon in case there are any issues. The room was clean no issues there but this is more like renting a room instead of having a hotel and the typical services and information you would receive with one. It is also incredibly hard to locate

Small hotel. excellent breakfast. good beds. i was not lucky to find the air conditioner on so it was too hot. the reception does not open 24h Which is a problem. the location is perfect next to Rialto and not far from San Marco

Just ok. At 200/night, we got a place to sleep at an excellent location. Nothing else, not even a simple breakfast or water bottle.

Situado muy cerca de la Plaza San Marco,atención muy buena .Cuando llegamos la habitación todavía no estaba pero pudimos dejar las maletas allí y cuando volvimos ya las teníamos en nuestra habitación ,el recepcionista habla español que es de agradecer todo muy limpió. Lo recomiendo

Un hôtel idéalement placé, au calme entre la place San Marco et le pont Rialto. Très belle et grande chambre avec balcon, vue sur un canal, toute petite salle de petit déjeuner très intime, propriétaire et staff adorables. C'était vraiment un séjour de rêve. Plus qu'une envie, y retourner.

Albergo vicino a San Marco, non comodissimo da trovare ma le indicazioni fornite ci hanno agevolato. Stanza comoda e ordinata, in stile veneziano. Il personale gentile e disponibile, anche telefonicamente. In fin dei conti buon soggiorno inficiato dall'impossibilità di lasciare in deposito i bagagli nel giorno del checkout: abbiamo dovuto utilizzare (e pagare) un deposito bagagli esterno consigliatoci dal gestore dell'albergo. A parte questo mi sento sicuramente di consigliarlo
