Front desk needs more staff. Most importantly staff who have training in customer service / hospitality industry. Payment issues - thankfully manager was able to resolve . Not for lack of front desk trying - however the check in process and taking payment was seemingly confusing for the front desk. On the phone the front desk was talking to other people on their side of the phone while taking the booking. ( which is not acceptable in customer service industry). Front desk is either over staffed or untrained, or on the wrong industry.

Was a great stay for a last minute booking! Not many people were staying there but they still accommodated free breakfast for everyone there :)

Improve the breakfast serving, I mean no refill, when we went there no more sausage and the scramble eggs were dry use a original egg not the process

I like the quiet area the hotel was in....not on the main thruway....Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Happy with the room, but very limited parking. In front of Hotel, only a few spots taken up by bar patrons. I was instructed to park behind the building -- very limited parking that was fully occupied a few large trucks.

Very dated, beds were old you slept with your head down hill and pillows were very thin and old. It wasn’t what we expected for a days in, it still cost as much as a newer hotel was.
