Really good experience. Small issue with the room on check in, but was instantly corrected and upgraded. Nest/lounge chair very comfortable! Highly recommended

We arrived in a huge snowstorm! We didn't really check out the surrounds, were glad to get inside and sleep. All good with check in, facilities and room.

Cleanliness and space were average and adequate. Would have preferred and twin queen room and double beds are pretty small now a days.

Hotel very convenient to the local curling club and parking convenient as well. Somewhat disappointed in noisy fan associated with heating, very close to bed. Remote for heating not working but manual settings on unit available

Excellent reception service both checking in and out. Extremely comfortable and clean room.

This as ever the worst experience I have heard with this hotel, the room smelt bad there was candy papers around the room, towels had stains when we tried to ask for a change of room we were put on a hold to wait for 6 hours , no one called to let us know if we still have chance to change or upgrade the room.when we tried to call them back they still tossed us around saying nothing can be done because they are sold out.why then not let us know instead of keep us waiting for 6hrs .The customer service is the worst .

It was comfortable and quiet, tv could of been a little easier to use or navigate, but otherwise very nice.

Our room was not cleaned the first morning. When we asked for our room to be made up, the desk worker stated we should have hung a certain tag on our door. Our room was cleaned on request.

Booked this place for our last day in Vernon. My family were pleased with the amenities as the room was clean and had a very cold AC unit. The Denny’s downstairs was a big plus so we didn’t have to worry about breakfast too much. Staff were kind and pleasant to talk to. They were even kind enough to let me know where to park in a safe location as there is a slight homeless issue in Vernon. I don’t mind as I’m from Vancouver where it’s a billion light years worse. Thanks Sandman for a great stay and a great place to rest.
