"The quality of this hotel has gone down significantly. The elevators sound horrible, one of the carpeted hallways was soaked with water, no wet floor sign. You can hear people walking across the floors really loud on the upper levels. At one point I thought the ceiling would cave in. The breakfast is the same very single day. And we couldn’t get any housekeeping services because the receptionist said only two people were cleaning the rooms and they had 40 rooms to clean. She told us housekeeping would be by the next day. We needed clean towels, toilet paper and our sheets needed to be changed. Ridiculous."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was always out and the lady was nice even offered to refill my coffee and went out her way to go get me ice, Front desk went above and beyond with anything we needed. Definitely will be back!"
