Struttura accogliente e in una posizione eccezionale

We loved our stay at Hotel Mastino, the all of staff were very friendly and helpfull from the very first second we have arrived. Highly recommending!

Perfect location by the Milan Central Railway Station. We had a late flight to Milan and as we were leaving by train the following morning the Hotel was very convenient as directly across from the station. The friendly concierge recommended a lovely restaurant close to the Hotel which was excellent.

The additional building of the hotel is located quite far from the main building, while the hotel does not have a parking lot and you have to park in a public parking lot. on my request to take me with luggage from my building to the parking lot, the hotel refused, they only deliver from the additional building to the main building and then you have to walk with the suitcase down the street to the parking lot

This hotel was very suitably located to suit our needs of visiting the old town of Verona. The room was very basic but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the shower did not have a door so every time we showered the bathroom floor got totally drenched. Apart from that the hotel was adequate.

Nice hotel and very close to everything you want to visit in Verona, literally minutes from the Arena. Don’t be put off by the McDonalds next door as this has no effect on the hotel. Actually quiet, great air con and helpful staff.

Booked an annex apartment but turned out it was not close to hotel. Apartment was filthy - rug around sofa bed had not been vacuumed in a long time so we had to put towels down to cover it. Hot water only luke warm. Bathroom had lots of mould. Furniture in bad state. Each had one thin pillow. Safe not working. Apartment not serviced throughout our stay which I would have expected as part of the hotel. Even had to purchase toilet paper as not given enough! At least the sheets and towels were clean and beds comfortable

Lovely hotel inside, quaint and well maintained. Situated well for walking around the city and quite near the arena and lots of eating places. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Really helpful and friendly and appreciate that they spoke English. When leaving, I asked where I could get a taxi and they rang for me and a taxi was at the door within 2 minutes. Breakfast is worth including as it provided a selection of fresh food, juices, teas etc. Don’t stay here if you expect a quiet night’s sleep if staying at the front of the hotel. My bedroom was above Macdonalds; but they close at midnight. So if you are used to noises at night, chatter and cars then it’s the place for you. Can’t beat the location and only approx €25-35 by taxi to airport!
