I stayed here for one night while seeing my sister and her family. This is my second time staying here.
The GOOD: The lobby and breakfast room were very nice. The front counter person was super friendly, professional and helpful. I called ahead to see if a room was available for me to check in early, and it was! They were very nice on the phone. Upon check in, they put a $10 hold on your credit card in case I made any purchases during my stay like incidentals, snacks, etc. They have TONS of snacks beside the front desk if you’re hungry late at night. The towels seemed really clean. The bed was made beautifully.
The BAD:
Unfortunately, only one of my room keys worked (I just used the working one). My room was on the third floor (Rm. 303) I had to call down to get a chair for the desk/dining table (they came right up with it). The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It looked as though housekeeping just hasn’t been doing a thorough job. There was very noticeable dust accumulation on the floor around the bathroom sink. Toothpaste spatter on the mirror. The shower stall had mildew and hair in it. While trying to rinse the hair off the wall with the shower stream, a plastic part of the shower head fell off. Low water pressure and a shower head clogged from hard water made my shower sad and disappointing.The mugs and cups are very tiny. Bring your own.
I might stay here again if the price is right.
