Spacious bedroom and nice living & kitchen. They fixed the bath sink plug by removing it. The breakfast was sausage, sausage and sausage and eggs. . The time they served Chorizo and eggs, they ran out quickly. Then, they told me they were not going to make any more even if it’s one hour before breakfast ending period but they still had plenty of link sausages. Mgr didn’t care either.

Better than most. I travel 4 days a week. Great room. Great bed. A nice snack selection and free drinks is a plus. Better than most!

We had a nice stay. There were a few things that caught my eye. The furnishings are somewhat worn out. The curtains Iin our room were loose and old.the caulking in the shower needs to be repaired. A few stains on on the carpet. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were nicely decorated, beds were of good quality, layout of the room was good, clean, and this out of everything stood out and grabbed my attention right away, the room smelled amazing. Whatever scents they had going smelled awesome. You don't get that at a lot of other establishments

The hotel is already very old, and it needs to change even the furniture you sit on the sofas and all the cushions are crushed because they are so old. The walls in the corridors the tapestry all raised. But the worst is the lousy front desk service. I would never stay there again

I stayed here for one night while seeing my sister and her family. This is my second time staying here. The GOOD: The lobby and breakfast room were very nice. The front counter person was super friendly, professional and helpful. I called ahead to see if a room was available for me to check in early, and it was! They were very nice on the phone. Upon check in, they put a $10 hold on your credit card in case I made any purchases during my stay like incidentals, snacks, etc. They have TONS of snacks beside the front desk if you’re hungry late at night. The towels seemed really clean. The bed was made beautifully. The BAD: Unfortunately, only one of my room keys worked (I just used the working one). My room was on the third floor (Rm. 303) I had to call down to get a chair for the desk/dining table (they came right up with it). The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It looked as though housekeeping just hasn’t been doing a thorough job. There was very noticeable dust accumulation on the floor around the bathroom sink. Toothpaste spatter on the mirror. The shower stall had mildew and hair in it. While trying to rinse the hair off the wall with the shower stream, a plastic part of the shower head fell off. Low water pressure and a shower head clogged from hard water made my shower sad and disappointing.The mugs and cups are very tiny. Bring your own. I might stay here again if the price is right.

I booked to stay for 2 nights. The room that I paid for was apparently sold out. So they just put me in a different room. I was supposed to have a double Queen suite. I ended up with a King regular room. I just wanted to be reimbursed for the first night they had us in the King room. Because the second night they were able to put us in what I paid for. I’m not sure why this is/was a big problem. But I seem to get little to no help from the front desk. I’ve stayed here a few times before but not sure if I will return. Make sure you get what you paid for!!!

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The TV was not HD and the cable channels did not match up to the guide. That’s the complaint. Great overall.

This Hotel is Amazing Gps Got Us Lost & The Lady Who Checked Us In Was So Nice & Helped Us Get To The Hotel & When We Got There She Was Was So Welcoming & Nice The Hotel Was Clean & Nice The Beds Were So Comfortable 😀 Breakfast Area Was Clean & Lady Was Friendly & Helpful I Would Definitely Recommend Staying Here 👌 & We Definitely Be Booking Again If My Daughter Chooses Uhv As Her College 😊 & The Lady At Check In Was Very Knowledgeable About Places Around The Hote Over-all Its An Great Hotel To Stay
