Self check in machine at the door easy enough. Didn't need the hotel app they suggested. I was able to see all the hotel facilities and services on the website before I booked which taught me about the hotel app and the laundry app, but after I've booked I can't find these webpages anymore. The app shows I'm in the check in phase the whole time, I'm not sure if it's because I only printed 1 card key but it lets you print 3. I'm suppose to be able to open room door with the app, but it didn't work, and the card key works but takes some time to detect and unlock the door. Cheap TV from a brand called Telefunken never heard of. Meant to be a smart TV that connects to Internet with YouTube Netflix and all but it doesn't connect. Wifi has a login page so can't connect Chromecast. There's a hand wash by the sink that's also meant to be used as shampoo and body wash. Best thing about this room is the water coming out of the shower is amazingly strong you can use it like a water massage. The kitchen stove is very compact there's 2 spaces but if you use a pot a pan together it doesn't fit right. 2 supermarket across the road, but beware it's closed on Sundays. Okay location next to the train and metro station, takes about 30mins to Vienna centre. Okay place to stay if you can get it for under 100euros. There were spiderwebs at the corner of the windows and a bug crawling on the wardrobe. Room service is once a week I think. There's no safe to lock your valuables. It's not bad but there are better places with better offers if you're paying more than 100euros.

As soon as we arrived on New Year's Day, the property told us that there was no hot water and that they would give us 30% back on every day for the days that there was no hot water (i.e. for 3 days) and they didn't even refund us, anyway after checking in we go up and there are hairs on the bed, so there's a problem there too, at the end of the day I really don't recommend it, the only good thing is the location near the train and the tram that takes you to the centre

平時壓根找不到工作人員；洗衣服要自助，而且必須一次充值20。床太軟，輩子也很不舒服。傢俱全是ikea。總算廚房還是不錯

酒店邊上就有地鐵站，進入市區很方便。窗户可以打開通風。晾曬衣服也很方便。缺點就是沒有人打掃衞生垃圾桶滿了都不知道找誰，也沒有前台服務人員。衞生間排風扇是壞的，好在房間的窗户可以打開通風，房間才不會臭。有一個小餐桌可以吃飯。總體而已是可以值得推薦入住的。核心理由主要是晾曬衣服方便，對於出門在外需要換洗衣服的人來説。這個環境因素很重要

Gute Lage, sehr nah zur U-Bahn, gute Verbindung zum Zentrum. Sauber, Kaffee im Zimmer, WLAN sehr gut. Empfehlenswert.

El apartamento y las instalaciones están bien. Nosotros tuvimos que hacer el check in online y no te indican absolutamente nada. Además no disponen de aire acondicionado y en el apartamento hacia un calor horrible. Tras ponernos en contacto con ellos , tanto en la recepción ( la persona que nos atendió fue desagradable) como por email ( tardaron 1 día en contestar)no nos solucionaron el problema ya que lo que nos dijo fue que cogiéramos un ventilador, el cual nunca encontramos, y además dejaron de contestar a los emails.

Checked-in exactly on time and check out prior at 11 AM. Excellent place and I would come back again. Unfortunately, I asked the receptionist for clean up the room. I came back after several hours I was gone. The room still dirty and dirty towels still on the floor. I was not happy at all.

The plus: The checkin process is very easy and humanless, apart from an issue on the dislike section. The room size is good, the kitchen very well equiped, the trains/subway station a few metters and supermarkets and coffee shops as well and the view was frest (10th floor). The minus: The bed, just had a mattress cover and no sheet, terrible pillows. Terrible TV channels sintonization (around 1000 saved channels and most of the with no image/repeated/only audio), the bathroom with no amenities whatsoever (we had to bring the sink soap from/to the shower). About the checkin, the only problem is the room numbers are repeated on every floor (10 store building with ten 101, 102, 103 and so on floors), I guess some guests got confused and we had someone trying to open our door. Far from the city center, but the station right next to the hotel resolves it.

Great place, excellent price and very clean. Very minimal (in a good way) - had some issues with the key card working but always got it to work eventually.
