BLANC HAS PRICED HISELF OUT OF THE MARKET HAVE BEEN A REGULAR VISITOR HIS PRICES NOW ARE AWAY WITH THE FARIES 50 EUROS FOR BREAKFAST THE PRICE OF GOODS IN THE COOK SHOP MAKES THE GOODS AT LEAST 50% ABOVE OTHERS MY ADVICE STAY ON THE AUTO ROUTE GIVE VONAS A MISS INTERESTING TO HEAR THE REPLY FROM THE BLANC EMPIRE

Georges Blanc is a wonderful experience. Faultless and effortless service bely the deeply professional attitude to detail on everything. The hotel is great and the restaurant gastronomique quite superb. Yes, its a high price point but thoroughly worth every cent.

The hotel is very old fashioned. Expensive for what it is and relies on its past glory which has certainly faded. The dinner in the Auberge was totally unacceptable and when this was pointed out, was met with a Blanc look We would definitely never return to this hotel

not worth the money, the hotel very disapointing: room with loud heating, loud door closure, WIFI but no internet, breakfast poor and expensive: the worst however: the management didn't care. The restaurant L'Auberge Ancienne at Vonnas a fantastic experience. Get another Hotel of the Blanc Group.

Refined property, great service, outstanding food, well equipped spa, this is the place where one can relax and taste the French "Art de vivre", with 41 years uninterrupted 3 * Michelin restaurant owner Georges Blanc, attentive to every detail and present to welcome and take care of his guests.

The room was small and had a distinctly musty smell. The closest doors were broken and difficult to use, and the show did not drain water properly. My room was right beside the house keeping station and on the first day we woke up to the house keepers seemingly yelling at each 2 feet from our door. The first night we checked in pretty late and weren’t told what time breakfast was, the following morning I called down and was very sharply informed breakfast was over. Very few of my interactions with hotel staff were pleasant. They put our car on the charger on night 1 but then chided us in the morning for not picking it up early enough. Ancienne auberge was also not a great experience, the waiter put our wine order into the system incorrectly and we were brought 3 glasses of wine when we’d asked for two. Next one of my dishes was delivered to the table next to ours, it sat on that table with two people animatedly talking and drinking over it for 5 minutes and then the waiter took it from them and tried to serve it to me. Unsanitary and disgusting. A shameful experience for a “5 star” hotel.

Une expérience époustouflante. L'endroit est merveilleux et la cuisine est divine. Nous avons passé un moment magique. Le restaurant gastronomique est une aventure à vivre. Et merci à M.Blanc pour sa gentillesse son talent et sa disponibilité.

Un très bel hôtel. Personnel agréable et bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plaisir avec un large choix ! . Le décoration regorge d'histoire familiale et de rencontres. Un endroit calme et reposant. Ce fut un séjour parfait !! Nous reviendrons.

Dîner au restaurant gastronomique assez décevant, davantage digne d'un 2*. Idem pour le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel qui n'est pas au niveau attendu. Nous avons connu des 3* avec un service un peu plus chaleureux.... c'est bien dommage !
