This was a very disappointing stay. We paid extra (Perks Membership) to ensure we had wifi... we had some family members with significant mobility issues... and there was not only no wifi but no phone reception. The latter was not their fault but they need to advise accurately on their website something like "wifi not available in all areas," just some honest truth in advertising. Which was disappointing but not the end of the World but the day after raising this at reception we were told we couldn't play putt putt, there were no balls because "I guess someone took them all " No, there were balls galore in the box at the 18th hole that another staff member gave us. The antagonism and dishonesty was so unnecessary and really spoiled our experience. I subsequently complained to Big 4 who washed their hands and said the individual park would call us back. They haven't. So for misleading advertising, antagonism and then failure to talk to us about it.. It's a 1 out of 5.
