We really can't say enough good things about Ely House -- we had such a wonderful stay! Gloria and Sam both went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible -- nothing was too much trouble and they were super friendly and attentive -- we really felt welcome! Breakfast was first rate and Sam's service was flawless. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this lovely hotel located just minutes from the centre of town to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Wolverhampton area.

Had a really nice comfortable over night stay here. Exceptional service and hospitable, helpful staff and good breakfast! Handy for town and civic centre, and in our case The halls for concerts! Thank you to all the great staff who contributed to our enjoyable stay!

First of all, no review would be complete without recognising the incredible efforts of the amazing Claudia who did everything possible to make our stay great. Cheerful, professional and always ready to help - be it at Reception, in the Dining Room or in the Bar. We stayed in Room 12 for just one night on 26 February. The room was large, clean, warm, comfortable and very quiet despite having a window overlooking the main road. In short - great hotel, great room, great bar, great breakfast and awesome staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. With family living in Bilston, we will happily come again when we next visit. Thank you so much.

Lovely staff , comfortable and clean. Decor dated. Very good value breakfast.

The whole experience was very commendable. The receptionist claudia, was so helpful and very pleasant. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was waitress service, so no walking about with your food. Again the waitress was helpful and pleasant. The 3 stars seem inadequate. Furnishings are great. Impressive. I would recommend Ely House Hotel. It was close to a great restaurant and a charger for the electric car.

Was ok apart from upstairs was verry loud keep me awake all night banding there feet across the room why walking

Second time staying at this hotel, excellent staff care. Rooms clean, plenty of plugs and lovely big soft towels. Very good value for money, we will be back 💚

This property was the best we'd stayed at during the last 10 years of visiting Wolverhampton. Clean, comfy,and nothing too much trouble.
