ホテルからの返信: Regarding the problem of dirty rooms and cockroaches, we have followed up with the relevant team and also the pest control vendor to ensure that this does not happen. There was water problems at that time, there was maintenance on our pump system so the water quality was not good, but we immediately resolved this right away. Meanwhile, the car rental that we offer at a price of 250,000 is for delivery to the airport using by Avanza car, with a total of 11 guests we recommend using a Hiace or Minubus at a rate of 500,000. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery from our staff which resulted in your inconvenience. and we hope you will stay at our hotel again on your next visit.
