綺麗で良いホテルでした。スパとプールエリアで楽しい時間を過ごしました。スタッフはよかったです。食べ物はおいしかったです。 6月に戻ります。

部屋はとても素敵で、スタッフはとても親切で、夫と私は町で最高の景色を望むバルコニー付きの部屋にアップグレードしてもらいました。ホテルには、ジムルーム、スイミングプール、レストランなど、すべてがあります。すべてが完璧です！！！強くお勧めします！！！

部屋は 5 つ星ホテルに支払っている価格に対して少し狭く、間違いなくもっと多くのスタッフが必要です。

房間不太大，裝修很普通，外立面非常有氣勢！一般般

這個是水門事件發生的酒店，很有歷史感。但是酒店房間設施一般，隔音很差。健身房反而很好，還有泡沫軸可以用。

房間有點臭味

バスタブのお湯の排水が壊れてるのに気がついていて掃除をわざとしてない。タオルが変えてない。2人部屋なのにシャンプーもリンスもボディシャンプーも初日から1人分しかなく、滞在中I日も補充無し。電気系も毎晩何回も突然ライトが全てダウン。パネル式と手動とあるがすぐに回復しない。突然回復するがエアコンの設定温度が低い温度設定に勝手に戻る。 そのため、夜中に何度も起きた。フロントに直すように話したが直っていたのは排水のみ。 アメニティもタオルもティッシュも改善されていなかった。アメリカのレベルの低さにびっくり。

Beautiful views of the city and courtyard as well as the river. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time staying at the exquisite watergate hotel and plan to return in the future. Staff were very respectful given we are younger.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been too. We stayed in the presidential suite. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. Staff was incredible, fat and friendly! 10/10

Me and my wife had an excellent time , I was shocked on how great the service was everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you we had a great time.

The good:The property and the rooms were amazing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bad: Check in was at 4, a room wasn't ready until about 6. They upgraded my room to a slightly larger one but I had paid for a river view for valentines day and the one that was ready was a garden view. So we then waited another 45 minutes until the room I originally paid for was ready. It's bad enough check-in is hours later than most places but waiting as long as we did was unacceptable. I doubt we will come back, it definitely dampened the mood for valentines day.

The hotel was good. Service was great. Room was VERY dusty like no one had been in it in a while and the closet door was broken. The restaurant was very good. The biggest disappointment was that the whiskey bar was clised at 1036pm when the hour were till 11pm and we wanted to get a drink after the hockey game we attended.
