We did a staycation for V-day. We booked the spa, had lunch, and booked one night. The spa, Jessica was phenomenal. Lunch was amazing and he was so kind. Then we left for dinner and came back for a drink on the rooftop. This ruined the entire experience. The roof was barely full, she told us to wait on a 30 min waitlist, and her attitude was horrible. We went back to our overpriced room and my husband called the front desk only to receive more bad customer service. The TV didn’t work. If I could I would have just gone home at that point. It’s unfortunate that something so simple ruined our entire experience. I’ll never go back and if I could get a refund I would. Pendry management please get your customer service for your rooftop figured out for your hotel guests.
