京都の中心部にある素敵で手頃な伝統的な旅館。部屋は清潔で広く、バルコニーからは絵のように美しい竹の庭と茶室が見えます。朝食もおいしいです。チェックアウト後に素敵なプレゼントがありました :)

トイレにはカビが生えていて、屋根には蜘蛛の巣があり、とてもひどい状態で、まったく価値がありません。

I really enjoyed staying at this ryokan in Gion, Kyoto. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed for longer! Upon arrival, you must remove your shoes before entering and checking in. The check in process was quick and simple. Once checked in at the front desk, I was taken to my room and a member of staff sat with me at the table and poured tea etc. Possibly due to language barriers though, it was entirely clear what was going on the whole time so I was mostly just confused. It would have been nice to have some form of explanation beforehand as to the check in process and what was expected when staying at the property so that I appreciated the experience as it happened. I did receive a leaflet on all such things post-check in (which was an amazing touch!) so I guess I learnt in hindsight what had happened! I left the property soon after but upon return, the staff had clearly been in my room to tidy away the tea etc, which again I was not aware would be happening! The location of the property was really great and I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit, other than most temples which I got public transport/a taxi to. The room itself was beautifully traditional, though the bathroom facilities were very basic. The futon bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. It was certainly an experience to stay in the room and try on the traditional clothing provided. The room included breakfast (was unaware of this too!) that was to be delivered to the room but I was unable to experience this as I left earlier than the breakfast time. Check out was simply handing back the key before leaving so was very quick! The property gave me a lovely souvenir to take back too which, again, was a lovely touch! Overall, a really great property that I wish I'd had more time to experience!

I’m very grateful for this stay, it was an amazing and calming cultural experience that came with a delicious breakfast in the morning and the option to reserve a private bath time in the nice wooden hot tub. I’d really recommend coming earlier in the day to experience the central garden/tea house area, as it is quite beautiful. The room is incredibly large and spacious as well. While it got a little chilly at night, I was provided with a space heater that made the room nice and cozy.

私たちはここで2泊しましたが、おもてなしのレベルの高さと、ゲストに本物の日本体験を提供しようという熱意に感動しました。到着するとすぐに部屋に案内され、お茶が出されました。布団で寝て、伝統的な部屋でくつろぐのを楽しみました。小さな庭のスペースは美しかったです。伝統的な日本式の朝食は美味しく、夕食は日本のグルメのハイライトである伝統的な懐石料理を選びました。滞在中は、旅館や京都の伝統文化に関する本を読むのも楽しかったです。私たちのために最善を尽くしてくれたスタッフには特に感謝したいと思います。

芸*で有名な京都の祇園地区のすぐ近くに位置し、公共交通機関にも非常に近いです。素晴らしい日本ツアーを締めくくる素晴らしい体験です!清潔感、接客態度、いつも笑顔！また、典型的な夕食と朝食が含まれたプランを採用しました。彼らの料理が好きなら、後悔することはありません。朝食にはコンチネンタルブレックファーストもお選びいただけます。絶対に繰り返したい経験です！

部屋は素晴らしく、スタッフは信じられないほど親切でした。旅館は祇園のメインストリートから歩いてすぐのところにあります。庭園の真ん中には茶室もあり、そこでは茶道が行われていました。日本文化に興味があるなら、吉今を強くお勧めします。日本の伝統的な朝食と夕食も美味しかったです。

京都の祇園の中心部にある伝統的な旅館。一晩で、確実に景色が変わります。幸運なことに、3階に夜には寝室になる大きな部屋が2つありました。バスルームは驚くほど広く、布団は最終的に快適でした。私たち4人分の朝食（リクエストに応じて洋食）は、このエリアの素晴らしい日本庭園を望む小さなリビングルームで提供されました。とてもいい経験でした。

A great experience. The staff are absolutely lovely. Not cheap but no ryokan in Kyoto is cheap. Our room was beautiful and it felt magical. The staff member who served us our dinner in our bedroom And who came to roll out our futon before bed was so lovely and friendly and happy. We tried the family onsen which you can book just for yourselves … was an experience and very hot! We had breakfast and dinner and it was superb! Lots of food. You won’t need lunch. This ryokan is in a great location, walkable to so many sights. We loved it!

This is a wonderful experience. Have your main luggage sent on so take the bare minimum and enjoy the traditional Japanese hotel stay- sleeping and eating on the floor. We only ate breakfast here, but you can order dinner. The staff are so friendly, smiling and accommodating and it was a true delight to experience something so genuinely Japanese. Do make sure you book the family bath when you arrive- it's hot, but fun and something quite unique!

A true Japanese experience. A wonderful little hotel that gives you an insight to the Japanese culture. It was basic (in Japanese style) but had everything you needed, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was worried about sleeping on a futon but had the best nights sleep all holiday. The dinner experience was good although was very rushed, the food was being brought out far too quickly and there was a lot of it. It was lovely and very appealing to look at. The hotel was in a lovely spot very close to the high street with bars.
