Small cosy guesthouse, only 2 rooms so very quiet. Kinkakuji of course only 2 min away, perfect to be the first visitor. Bus stops nearby bring you anywhere you want. Convenience store next door is suitable for breakfast but for lunch and dinner the owner's restaurant is much better, the lamb barbecue is excellent. One unfortunate observation: the house is poorly insulated, in winter the air conditioner must be on almost non-stop. The bed is very soft but nice. In the room there was also a second "day-bed".
