I used the car park for a overnight stay on cup final day which was advertised at £25 for this event. We paid the next morning on a machine under the hotel and it charged us £48.50. Now that was annoying enough but the fact that i have sent numerous emails asking can someone explain to me why this is and nobody has the decency to reply. I reckon they would reply quickly enough if i was booking a room !!!

Brilliant hotel. Really clean and well kept, in great proximity to Wembley stadium. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of options, and great for a vegetarian diet. Lots of nearby shopping and eating options in waking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Im an IHG Platinum member so I stay in a fair few IHG hotels. Six within the last month or so. This is the second occasion on which this hotel has cancelled my reservation at the last minute. I understand the hotel is being used a COVID quarantine location for overseas arrivals. If this is correct then there is a level of understanding but what I dont get is 3 days before I am due to stay for a reservation made months ago, I get 3 missed calls on my mobile. No message. When I search for the number it says Holiday Inn Wembley. When I call I get no response. The next day I emailed and within 2 mins of receiving an email explaining the hotel is closed - i get a a cancellation via the IHG app. Poor poor service I'm afraid. No excuse for not dealing with an issue professionally and courteously
