When a person books a vacation paying 2 5 lakh for a luxury experience in a luxury resort for 6 days, he least expects to find cockroaches on one night, lizard on the next, wifi not working, hair dryer out of order, hot water not coming in the tap. And none of it gets rectified despite calling the reception upto 6 times a day. And the room service was horribly late everything we ordered food for our toddler. The point of the vaction is lost when the guest has to go through these kinds of harassments and then get an explanation from the property manager, Mrs Ranjeeta she's saying we are fully booked, staff has gone home to vote so we are not able to provide service. Really!? Is that the explanation to give to a guest who has pre booked an prepaid a 6 day stay in a luxury suite? The worst display of poor management was when on the day of our departure, a car that was prebooked 2 days as well and was confirmed to be available at 12 pm was not available to us untill we started frantically looking for alternative options to the airport as the we were almost about to miss out flight. Highly disappointed. It was an absolute waste of our money and peace of mind to book this hotel and a health and hygiene hazard formour toddler. Never going to recommend this pace to any of our friends and we are planning to send a notice for consumer harassment.
