酒店距離附近景點近，大多數可以步行前往，酒店相對比較舊式，衛生環境有待改善，大多數員工都友善，只能說一分錢一分貨。

一進房間就有一股臭味，開窗之後才散開，要求安靜的房間，卻偏偏安排在二樓，旁邊有一個類似風機或者什麼的設備，24小時嗡嗡響，吵得心煩，特別在晚上，本來訂了7天，受不了直接讓攜程協調第二天就check out，總體感覺很差

Need a bit more detailing in cleaning and in services. Overall a good place but could be much better if Management check the rooms after Housekeeping and if its not impossible do inform the Person in advance when Housekeeping is coming and kindly advise Housekeeping to clean the room on daily basis as on my 3 day stay Housekeeping only came once when I was out and did nothing on the name of cleaning just moved the things from one place to other.

위치: 트램역과 거리가 좀 있습니다. 퀸빅토리아마켓, 슈퍼마켓들이 가까워 아파트먼트 호텔을 장점을 살릴 수 있다는 점은 좋습니다만 중심과와는 거리가 있습니다. 서비스: 전반적인 서비스는 나쁘지 않습니다. 보증금 (AUD100) 환불까지 13일이 걸렸습니다. 체크아웃시에는 체크아웃 후 5-7근무일이 걸린다고 했는데, 체크아웃 12일차에도 환불이 안되어 있어 호텔에 전화하니, 해외 카드는 2-3주가 걸린다고 했는데, 실제 취소된 건 13일 차였습니다. 뭐가 맞는지 모르겠습니다. 현금이 가능하면 현금으로 보증금을 맡기는 편이 좋습니다. 시설: 생각보다 잘 되어 있습니다. 수영장, Gym도 작지만 쓸만하고 빨래방도 좀 비싸긴 해도(빨래, 건조 각 AUD5) 잘 되어 있습니다. 청결도: 방은 깨끗한 편이나 조리도구는 그렇지 않습니다. 하지만 요청하면 바꿔주긴 합니다.

Good location, overall it’s a bit dated and housekeeping is not thorough. However, satisfied with the service and price of rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. the attitude of most of the staffs got serious problem. At first we were told we could park anywhere on B1 or B2. The second day they changed their policy of giving us a designated space for parking. I asked for a space near to the elevator since my leg is no good. The staff said that it’s impossible to change the space since it’s fixed. For a couple nights, the space designated to us was taken by other car. I waited at the reception for over 30 min at pretty late of the night and couldn’t talk to anyone. Finally, I have to send email to the hotel to notify them. Unfortunately the situation did not improve. Another car parked at our space on the last night we were staying there. This time, when I talked to the reception, she showed that I am the one who is wrong and I should not park in another space by my own choice and should told them to ask for another space. It was midnight and we were tired. She is very impolite and said that I should park in B3. I asked for late check out for my departure day and was refused by the reception. On the day of the check out, they call me at 11 am sharp and then housekeeping knocked at our door to ask us out. We feel we are so unwelcome by this hotel. Except that the location is near city, the hotel is very old fashion and not facilitated. There is no socket nor USB ply near the bed which is quite standard in most hotels nowadays. There is not much space to put make up and accessories. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms for a birthday weekend. The beds were super comfortable! Our window in one room faced a wall and in our 2nd room a construction site was right out the window. The lift of the construction site was going up and down right outside our window! Shame about the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Tissues under bed, chocolate wrappers behind bedhead, rubbish under bed, floor stained, highly purfumed room (307), bathroom doors dont lock or even close in both rooms. The spa was a beautiful temperature but had 1 huge jet in the middle like a volcano??? Broken? Did the job for 1 night.

Location was great, block out blinds in the room fantastic for a sleep in with late 11am check out. Bed comfy
