We picked this hotel because we were visiting family. The front desk employees were so kind and welcoming as they checked us in. Signed up for their reward program and were giving 2 tickets to use in the bar/restaurant they have in the lower level of the building. We had dinner there both days, the first day the food was not the best, but might have been me and what i picked, we decided to give it another try on Saturday night and it was great. They have a few bar machines to play that we won a little money on and their drinks are so good not too light or too strong. We tried the pool and hot tub both days and the second night both were freezing. I did hear that by morning they were working correctly again, so i thought that was a good turn around to repair the issue. Our rooms climate control was not working. The first night it was 75 degrees in there! It was very uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk informed us that the windows opened and she made a note to have maintenance fix the issue on Monday. We slept much better the second night. We did notice too that the remote was dirty and there was some hairballs on the floor but for the most part the room was awesome. I would 10/10 recommend!
