Great hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, top notch breakfast. Plenty of restaurants around the property. Highly recommended.

Went for an overnight staycay with the hubs and it was perfect. Everything was clean, the bed was so comfortable. Good water pressure, spacious rooms. The receptionist that checked us in was super sweet even though it was late. And the one who checked us out was awesome too even though it was early in the morning. Every bit worth the price paid.

We were in the area for a volleyball tournament in Ruston, stayed two nights. The staff was friendly enough for the most part. Hotel seemed new and clean enough on the surface but we found dirty sheets folded up in the sofa bed, hair and sticky stuff all over the bathroom floor and walls, about a dollar in loose change throughout the room, and several small random things in the closet and floors. Breakfast was typical with pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes but the biscuits, danishes, and muffins were never restocked either morning, as far as we could tell. Apple juice and milk were also empty both mornings before 8:30. We booked specifically for the indoor pool but they had the windows open(it was in the mid 40’s) and the pool and pool room were neither heated. It was like ice water. We also couldn’t get the lights or music to come on in the room. When we asked the front desk if the lights worked in the pool area, she said yes and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to explain any further. Also, the entire hotel smelled funny. We couldn’t put our finger on what it was but it was a dirty/unpleasant smell. All of that being said, for almost $400, I think we’ll stay elsewhere next time. I am usually not too picky about hotels as long as they’re clean and comfortable but this one was just a little lacking in both of those areas.

They only clean the rooms if you ask. I stayed 4 nights and the bed was only made once and towels were only given when asked. Room was never freshened or swept in 5 days. I was bitten by what we think was a spider and now I’m taking 10 days of antibiotics.

The accommodations was good for overnight stay. Nice to not have carpet because my son has allergy problems. There was hair left in sink and shower and a few hairs on towels and bed linings but we dealt with issue for overnight stay.

The person that checked me in I did not get the feeling she wanted to be there very dry with me, other than that great stay

Everything and everyone was super the only complaint I would have is about the breakfast' the food was good except it was cold

The front desk lady that was there at checkin and check out was very nice and polite! We didn’t ever see the breakfast staff and there were things we were looking for and could’ve used some assistance. There was very little silverware out and no knives. The pancake machine was working either. We did like the little muffins and that they were wrapped so our kiddos could grab one for the long car ride.

We arrived around midnight got checked in and had a good night's rest. Overall everything was fine.
