This hotel is amazing! From the moment we arrived, Cole provided excellent service by helping us. Sofia at the front desk upgraded us to the seventh floor for free, just because! It is clear that they both love their jobs, and we will definitely return: the room is cozy and amazingly decorated; the views are second to none, and it is so well run and a very fun place to stay for a getaway.

5 out of 5 the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our family has had a rough past year and I wanted to take them to a place they would remember. This was that place. On the beach. Rooftop bar and pool. The staff was amazing. Will be back had a great time and felt welcomed everywhere!

If you are looking for extraordinary experience and the most delicious food, you must try The Ben hotel. Beautiful view and clean room. The food at the proper grit was absolutely delicious. All the servers were amazing, especially Juan and Gorken were our servers and they provided exceptional service. Thank you everyone at The Ben palm beach.

I had the pleasure of being served by Gorkem at breakfast at the Ben Hotel, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I sat down, Gorkem greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that set the tone for a wonderful meal. His attentiveness and efficiency were remarkable—he anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made sure my coffee was always full and my plate was never empty.

What a beautiful resort and a great time in West Palm Beach. Girls trip for a concert and The Ben is the perfect location. From the front desk, the restaurant, the roof top pool to the support staff. Everything was great. A special shout out to the hostess Ruth and our waiter Juan. Both were attentive and so pleasant.

What a wonderful hotel! We will definitely be back as this hotel is so convenient to everything and there are many walkable bars and restaurants close by. The rooftop pool area is somewhat small but the views are amazing and it is set up quite nicely. We only live three hours from WPB and this was a great little get away for us. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Aline made us feel at home. The valets were exceptional and most friendly. The room had a fantastic view of the marina and skyline. Very comfortable and clean. A complimentary bottle of champagne was sent up for My husband’s birthday to Our surprise! Rooftop pool is fabulous as is the restaurant/ bar on rooftop as well. Breakfast was 5 star. We will definitely be back!

Father’s Day at the Ben! Another amazing experience from the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ben. Took the Brightline from Orlando for a Father’s Day retreat. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fabrizio who assisted up with luggage and took us to the front desk. At the front desk we were greeted by Destiny and Nick who treated us like family returning home. They were extremely helpful getting us set up for our stay. They put us in the perfect room overlooking the water. Unexpected and set the tone for the day. Fabrizio assisted us to our room and again gave a great overview. We then headed to the pool where Rachel and Monica got us set up with two chairs and took care of our amazing food and beverage for the day. Again they took the time to make us feel special and even recognized Father’s Day with a great keepsake to remember the day. Thank you!! The next morning we went to Proper Grit for breakfast. We were greeted by Ruth who owns the hostess stand with an amazing “welcome back”. Ruth set us up for a table for two with Cajon. Cajon knocked the ball out of the park. The breakfast was great but the morning conversations with Cajon made our day. So many insights and loved how much he cares about his job and the Ben. We departed in the afternoon via Bruno back to the Brightline and our driver wanted to make sure and check if there was anything else to make the trip memorable. We simply said everyone at the Ben made our stay memorable. We look forward to our return as the Brightline makes for an easy get away.

This is a gorgeous hotel. (We didn't stay but had lunch at Proper Grit. The lobby is stunning and very cozy chic. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Great photo op at every turn. Hidden Gems South Florida approves!! 💎💎💎💎💎
