Great communication, great stay in the Cowboy cabin for a group of 8. Would definitely stay again!

Great room. Comfortable. Within easy walking access to groceries, fuel, and dining places. Responsive staff. Well-appointed room (loved having a decent-sized fridge). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'll definitely stay there next time.

Really enjoyed the property. Would have appreciated an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

The place was cold. One of the 2 vents in the room isn't working and the other one is very noisy (light sleepers will have trouble sleeping). The bathroom's shower curtain was short and the bathroom was wet all the time.

The room had FULL SIZE BEDS! not queen beds as advertised, the tv was not working...the staff came rather fast and fix the problem...bathroom is very, very small...loved that it has coffee mugs, coffee pods and candy...loved that it had wine glasses!!

Very small. The bathroom was small. No fan which created the fire alarm to go off three days in a row …. And the ceiling was dripping water from showering. The place needs to correct this !!! Larger people should Not go there !! Location was sketchy….

The bathroom is not senior friendly, i.e., having to step over bathtub to take a shower. Also, the bathroom was quite small. I did like the access code to enter vice a card key.

This was an interesting property. Overall it was fine for the night but too expensive in my opinion. We traveled with 4 adults and one toddler. The area around it seemed dirty and unappealing but was one of the few options we had. The photos when I booked it gave false advertising as I didn’t realize we would be on a second floor unit that was quite small and not have as much privacy as needed. Also parking was an issue with a small lot. The property isn’t far from the west entrance of Yellowstone which is why we chose it but next time we would just get 2 hotels rooms.

Property was very clean. Make sure you read the email about check-in before you arrive (it will save yourself a lot of confusion). There is no front desk person. Room was comfortable and well -stocked. There is no maid service. Rooms are not all as nice as the ones shown on the website but they were clean and comfortable.
