Traveling for vacation. This room was like a small apartment. It had a hot breakfast and lots of choices. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but we stayed in a Queen when we are used to a King. Staff was friendly. Would stay here agian.

We just stayed for an overnight. Check-in staff was attentive. Room was spacious -- appreciated the full kitchen. Bed was a little too soft for our taste, but fine. My teenage son appreciated being able to get YouTube on the TV. Breakfast was amazing -- waffle maker, toppings bar for oatmeal or yogurt, ham & cheese croissants, eggs & sausage, bagels,...

I slept! I never sleep when we travel. It’s so hard for me to feel comfortable and many hotels are so noisy. But This place is very quiet. We had the two room suite. Black out windows kept it nice and dark. The AC and fan worked very well and kept the rooms very comfortable. Having a kitchen with everyone you need in it to warm up and cook meals plus an ice maker that works is awesome and really made our stay comfortable. The coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee cups is very handy. The TV in our living room didn’t work but the staff was courteous and prompt with coming up with a solution. The front desk also has games you can borrow for family fun. Great location was close for all our favorite shopping places. We would definately stay here again.

The place was not vacuumed once in my 4 night stay. Not once did anyone come with new towels or clean my room. The fridge froze everything you put in it, regardless of temp setting. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off with a mouse stuck in it constantly. Couldnt open window shades because light was shining right in window. Will NEVER stay here again!

I don’t often leave reviews but had to this time. This was an absolutely great place to stay. The have obviously made a lot of upgrades. The room layout was perfect!! Front desk greeted everyone that entered and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend this location as it was a very pleasant home away from home.

The room was very nice! The breakfast left a bit to be desired: not many options stocked consistently and some things always out.

The staff was sooo incredibly welcoming at check in…. The room was spotless and the service was on point. Breakfast was awesome!! My son plays baseball at WSU this year so we will be visiting often and this will be our hotel every trip! Thank you!

Very nice hotel with lots of little perks- cookies & lemonade was a huge hit for my family.

It was bitterly cold out but the check in desk was happy and very helpful. They were prompt on any issues. We only stayed a night but the little kitchen made it homey and we said we would definitely consider them for a longer stay.
