The hotel is not in a good location. The room could have been cleaned better. The staff was nice and helpful.

Ms.Tammy was super nice and amazing The room was amazing. I didn’t want to leave lol. The breakfast was great as well. Highly recommended. Most definitely will stay again.

My stay here was good, I traveling for work and it was comfortable and breaksdast was good. Nice location.

Housekeeping was non-existent during our two-day stay. A bug crawled on me during the night while sleeping (needless to say sleeping after that was impossible.) Did not try the included breakfast after that experience, either, although the dining area seemed decent. The surrounding area is rather rundown. We witnessed a man urinating in a public parking lot while out for dinner. Enough said. Would not return nor recommend.

I enjoyed staying here. It is a pet friendly hotel and for a deposit you can have your pets in your room with you 🙂 I didn't have any pets with me on my trip but I'm pretty sure the room I was in previously had pet's stay in it. There were what looked like pet stains on the carpet when I checked in but also could have been from children spilling liquids. The room was cleaned however when I arrived It did have a slight odor as well. Not terrible but I did notice it. Other than those two issues I enjoyed the room very much. The included breakfast was very very good! I never eat breakfast but had to try it and I wasn't disappointed! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Rosa. She was so kind and pleasant. All in all both my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! When I'm in Wilmington again I just might stay here again. Thank you to the staff for ensuring we had a great vacation!

Great location for our needs. Room was comfortable and had the desired amenities. Very good breakfast bar which was well attended to by the staff. Only complaint was room was not a clean as it could have been.

I had a wonderful night’s stay. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff is fantastic!

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The room had no regular coffee only decaf which was disappointing. They had only one coffee machine for the breakfast room and that was not working part of the time. The coffee was very weak and poor quality. The staff was great and very helpful.

Everyone was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay in the future.
