Comfort Inn Airport

Checking is suppose to be at 3pm, we got there at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready till 4:30pm, but the worst was the smell in the room and the noise, we could not actually fall asleep to 2:00am because of the noise, people were just loud, in and out of there rooms, not even trying to be quite, talking loud, loud doors, we will never ever stay at this hotel again.

The room was very very small. My bed was so squeaky. You didn’t want to move too much. There wasn’t much counter space in the bathroom. It is a very out dated hotel for the price. Hard to find a parking spot. One good thing it was close to the airport.

We only stayed here from 11pm-5:00am because of our early morning flight. And once we were checked in, our room had a HORRIBLE smell like rotten cheese. Opened the cabinets, the smell was there too. I believe the room was never vacuumed, had stuff stuck on our feet. In the hallways there was empty beer and twisted tea boxes that were never picked up. The lobby floor was dirty with mud footprints. The front desk lady wasn’t very welcoming and the shower barely worked. Had people running down the hallways, knocking on doors aggressively so it was hard to sleep. Our door wouldn’t lock at first and there was a strange stain on our comforter. Not coming back again that’s for sure.

The room was right by busy street so could hear traffic could not ding item to manage room temperature and found piece of stir stick in bed this am .. staff made aware

I don't like to complain. I didn’t see any friendliness from the reception. Breakfast was fine. The cleaning was also superb. However, the air conditioner could not adjust the average temperature. And so all is well.

Awful experience in this hotel. There was yelling, screaming, people running up and down the hallway all night, drinking and fighting. Beware! Especially if you are a woman travelling alone. I spoke with the property manager, and they say they can do nothing about it.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic. The drivers both times were kind. The hotel was clean and quiet and standard to many of the other hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was pretty good, but the staff made it better. The only complaint I have with this hotel, and it is minor, is that there was no elevator to the second floor. Had I had heavier luggage, this would have been a challenge.

When we first arrived the staff barely paid attention speaking amongst each other. When attempting to pay the deposit the staff member at the desk was rude and unkind. When given room keys we were given room keys to someone else’s room where we walked in on someone changing. This is unacceptable.

The breakfast wasnt very appetizing. My partner couldnt even attempt to eat the food as it was kind of cold (eggs, potatoes), and the toaster took forever to toast anything.
