ナンバー 82 ザ アンサンク(Number 82 the Unthank)

A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.

Visited the unthank with my boyfriend for his birthday, had an amazing experience with receptionist Hannah, she made it possible for me to be able to decorate the room to surprise my boyfriend the night before our stay. Was an amazing night and is a lovely place to stay. Can’t recommend enough, will be coming back :) x

Fantastic Hotel, stopped here while travelling down for the football. Both Hannah and Alfie were brilliant with us and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was spotless, so was the bathroom.It’s close enough to get to everything. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for my hen night with a few friends. We had 3 rooms total and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice strong overhead shower. The receptionist Alfie made the stay 10 times better. They had a charismatic attitude, was down to earth and joked around with us as well as helping us with little tasks such as printing of a friends coach ticket as they had lost their phone. Alfie really went above and beyond in service!

No 82 The Unthank is a really lovely place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It is in a brilliant location, within easy walk of Norwich City Centre with all that has to offer. Hannah and her colleagues are very welcoming and helpful, we will definately stay again when next in Norwich.

This is our third visit - Number 82 is great value for money and because each room has its own kitchen there’s extra flexibility for your stay. It’s in a brilliant location for amenities and pubs/restaurants and there’s also free parking on site. Each time we’ve stayed we’ve received wonderful customer service from Hannah and Steve who go over and above to make sure you have what you need.

Had a lovely stay in the Norwich Puppet Theatre! Hannah was amazing and gave me so much information and offered advice for our stay, providing us with bus times to help with our journeys and also offered to get us a list of local restaurants for our stay, to make things easier for us. Alfie was also amazing and we felt so welcome when we arrived! The room was so nice and had everything we needed! Self check in and out was so easy which made things hassle free! Such a luxurious stay! Plus the bed was soo comfy! We will definitely be back! Thank you

We normally stay in the Premier Inn but booked Number 82 Unthank as an alternative as it is a fully catered apar**ent. What made it so good was a few days before our visit Hanna the concierge from the apar**ents called to see if we needed anything for our visit such as groceries or even breakfast. She explained a few of the places around Norwich to visit to make our stay more interesting. This was a level of service that you would expect from a top hotel not a self catered apar**ent. Upon arrival we checked in and got our room key. The room was beautifully located and spotlessly clean, we had a large walk in shower and a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and hob. The town centre is just a 10 minute walk and there is onsite parking which is free for guests making this the perfect location. We shall definitely be booking again for our next visit to Norwich, thank you Hannah for helping make this our go to place to stay.

The room was lovely, clean and everything I needed provided, except a coffee maker, but I brought my own! The location was conveniently near the centre of Norwich with free parking and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The concierge was really polite and helpful. I’ll be back, thank you
