チェックイン前後のサービスも素晴らしかったです。 南部では加湿器が命を救っています。フロントデスクのコンシェルジュとハウスキーピングの女性は非常に思いやりがあり、思いやりがありました。 チェックインの際にはヨーグルトもあり、南部人の安らぎを配慮いたします。 2日目の夜には、客室にお水のボトルが2本追加で提供され、とても心遣いがありました。チェックアウトの朝も部屋は掃除されており、日用品も用意されていました。昼に荷物をまとめに戻ってきたら、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。 5つ星ホテルが提供するサービスは、チェーンホテルではほとんど代替できないと言わざるを得ません。 樽入りのヨーグルトを買ったのですが、コンシェルジュの人が率先して冷蔵庫が必要かどうか聞いてきました。部屋の冷蔵庫は小さかったです。出発時、コンシェルジュとドアマンのおかげで西寧の珍味が入った大小の袋を車に運んでくれました。 全く心配ありません！おいしい食べ物を求めてクレイジーショッピング！

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

ホテルは商店街にあり、地下駐車場はありますが、道路脇に駐車している車が多いです。入口の看板が見えにくく、見落としやすいです。フロントに電話しないと見つかりません。フロントデスクの男は非常に明確です。地下はビル内の他の店舗と共用となっており、管理が行き届かず衛生状態も比較的悪いように感じます。部屋は悪くなく、広く、寝具も快適です。ホテル内に飲食はありません。フロントの女の子は、周囲に歩いて行ける距離に良いお勧めの場所はないと言っていました。周囲に食事をする場所はたくさんありますが、確かに評価は高くありませんが、少し不便です 国際チェーンホテルでケータリングサービスを増やしてくれるとさらに良いです。

部屋はかなり広くて快適でしたが、床暖房が熱すぎてとても暑く感じました。ベッドはとても快適でした。ホテルのサービスはとても良く、フロントデスクは21階にあり、朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。地下に無料駐車場があります。駅からとても近くて、歩いて数分です。空港まではタクシーで約30分程度です。

ホテルは鉄道駅の広場のすぐそばにあり、東莞路市場まで徒歩 15 ～ 20 分です。 列車は午前 10 時に到着し、フロントに荷物を預けて指定の時間にチェックインする予定でしたが、ホテルがすぐに対応してくれて部屋を用意してくれたので、うれしく思いました。 部屋は広く、鉄道広場の素晴らしい景色が見えます。

The hotel is located close to a few malls and the wetlands park. The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
