滿房間都是**味，早餐幾近於無，服務態度不好，能不住就別住

Although the staff was kind, there were People yelling at each other all through the night, inside and outside, both nights we were there. Children crying all hours of the night in multiple rooms upstairs and down. The whole atmosphere of the place felt off and uncomfortable. We won't stay there again.

Had way too much trouble getting a room key to work in the back door and my room. Smoke detector in the hall was beeping low battery. Would it even sound off if smoke was present? My smoke detector in my room was missing. No cups or ice bucket liner in my room. No fresh fruit at the breakfast.

Nice and quiet. Lobby and other areas are under renovation so it is a bit messy. My key never worked on the rear entrance, so I had to walk around if I went out to my vehicle

The lady at check it was great! The first room, lights and fan didn’t work in the restroom, the second room, the toilet was broken, and room needed painted, the window was stuck open, and third and final room, (only for one night) the flap in the toilet did not auto close. The rooms are in rough shape, not what it was 4 years ago for sure. This will be my last time staying here.

Rates are good but you get what you pay for! The front desk guys and housekeeper and laundry lady were very nice. And didn’t seem bothered by my big family so that was a plus. Hotel lounge needs major upkeep and guest dryers didn’t work.

Pretty dirty area also pictures online didn’t match the property. Also rented cause they had a hot tub but got there and they didn’t have it up and running. Also dirt pool. And one of the beds had dirty blankets

After traveling 9 hours with my family, we were ready to just settle in and get a good night’s sleep before heading out the next day. We were shocked when we got to the room. There were holes in the walls, the smoke detector was hanging by its wires from the ceiling, there wasn’t a toilet paper holder, the headboard was missing but the sharp wall hangers were still attached to the all by our heads. Overall, this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and that’s saying a lot since I’m retired military and we’ve traveled quite extensively. The rooms, grounds, pool and hotel in general do not even look like the pics online. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Room ac was not cooling & very loud. I thought someone was breaking in the room but it was the compressor in the ac unit. Bathroom door would not shut. No trash can. I asked to be moved to another room. Clerk did agree to move us. Second room was much better.
