My partner and I are in our late 50’s, we were left totally distress by the awful inconvenience of the cancellation of the 2 nights we had originally booked, atZaDar Hotel. This has really ruined our holiday. We called the hotel and we’re told that the reason of the room cancellation was due to an electrical issue in our room. It is hard to believe that, it was a lame excuse as they probably overbooked the rooms. It was very unnerving as we were not offered alternative accommodation for our already paid rooms. Instead we were left to our own devices, with no rooms available on ********** website or other hotel booking sites. We were seriously worried that there were not able to find accommodation for the night. A rather stressful psychological experience to contemplate.
After 2 hours talking to an ********** customer agents and then referred to your back office, as there were no rooms available in the entire city of Zadar on your website or any other hotel booking sites for the night.
We’d to sleep in a hostel for one night and then found a room in a very expensive hotel the Bastion. I’m still waiting ********** to refund the Hotel ZaDar cancellation and refund if the 2 nights at the hotel and hotel Bastion. ********** offers a terrible customer service when when one if their listed hotel cancel the room at the very last minute. I want a full refund of the hotels costs.
