Ottimo resort in riva al mare in un parco marino dove depositano le uova le tartarughe Caretta Caretta. È dotato di ampi spazi verdi e offre pasti e servizi all inclusive. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, amici. Tre ristoranti, piscina e campo da tennis. Unico problema: causa protocollo Covid (presumo dell'hotel) la pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani vengono effettuato a giorni alterni, però abbiamo chiesto in reception di rassettarci la camera ogni giorno con cambio completo degli asciugamani e ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in un bungalow superior vista mare, molto ampio, con ambiente separato per nostro figlio e patio attrezzato. I teli mare sono forniti e i lettini con ombrellone in piscina e prato confinante con la spiaggia sono gratuiti. Buon soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo, a contatto con la natura.

The room was lovely with a great sea view. Lovely clean pool area with bar and plenty of sun loungers. All of the staff here are amazing. So friendly and attention to detail is clearly very important. The food choices were fantastic and a wonderful variety of tasty food salads and desserts. We wanted a relaxing week and it has certainly been that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Aulus Zante, Autograph Collection, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our group of 8 friends from London, UK, gathered at this newly refurbished resort to celebrate two special birthdays, and our week-long stay was nothing short of magical. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding service provided by the Guest Relations Supervisor. Their dedication to ensuring our experience was extraordinary went above and beyond any expectations. They personalised every moment, meticulously arranging our specific requests made in advance. From the breathtaking flowers that welcomed our birthday guests upon arrival to organising a private catamaran excursion and securing reservations for special dinners, the Guest Relations Supervisor’s attention to detail was unparalleled. The exceptional dedication and commitment of the Guest Relations Supervisor to ensuring our stay was memorable were evident not only in their meticulous attention to detail but also in their swift problem-solving skills. When we encountered issues with our room, including a broken clothes steamer and lack of warm water, they immediately stepped in to rectify the situation. Despite our initial hesitation to voice our concerns, their approachable demeanour made us feel comfortable sharing our issues. Upon informing them about the problems, they promptly arranged for us to be moved to a larger room with a delightful private terrace. This new room not only solved the water problems but also came equipped with a functional steaming iron, proving to be incredibly useful during our stay. We’re particularly grateful to the Guest Relations Supervisor for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our accommodations, and their prompt actions ensured that our experience remained outstanding. Additionally, the thoughtfulness of the Guest Relations Supervisor extended to creating personalised souvenirs for our guests. When I inquired about gifting options, they not only provided a solution but went the extra mile by curating a beautiful bag filled with local specialties that truly captured the essence of Zante. This heartfelt touch resonated deeply with all of us, showcasing their dedication to ensuring our stay was not only comfortable but also genuinely memorable. my host family and I had the pleasures of staying at the Domes and Aulus Zante, I had an amazing time there, beautiful rooms, amazing food, and super friendly staff. Victoria, a guest relation, was an amaying help. she was incredibly proactive, organizing activities around the island and making sure we were always informed and entertained. Her presence was a constant source of positivity. we highly recommend this resort.

We found the hotel was a very pleasant and comfortable place to spend the holiday . The various restaurants served very good Greek cuisine. The wellness program was the highlight for us. The various sessions were very well structured. Christina, the instructor was extremely professional and pleasant. She was able to handle a class with people of varying ability and fitness level. Domes aulus, one of the top hotels in Zante!! The staff is one of the hotel's strongest assets. They are highly professional, friendly, and eager to meet every need of the guests. Amazing view on mountains and sea coupled with so nice and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. Attention to details and big kindness from all the staff. The hotel is located in a national park so for nature lover like me it was a big plus. You wake up with birds singing on trees and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea whispering. Special thanks to Viktoria the client relations manager who took good care of us and made sure that everything is going well. Special thanks to Sabina our bar tender who went the extra mile and made us creative cocktails. We highly recommend this all inclusive hotel for a romantic- stress free trip.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff who could not have been nicer across the board. Food was good, a little limited in buffet but lots lot of lovely salads. The steaks in the grill restaurant were fantastic as was the blue cheese butter that came with the bread. Italian was great, all food delicious. Red and white wine were good, the ‘champagne’ which they even list as French Champagne on their drinks list was some awful acidic Prosecco type stuff. I saw so many people who arrived order a glass of champagne make a face and leave it, as we did. So don’t say it’s champagne if it isn’t and fair enough if it was is a cost thing but there are so many nice sparkling wines out there pick something nice. It is not like the holiday is cheap. It is a risk in May as weather is not guaranteed and we have had mostly rain and wind. Would definitely come back here, can’t emphasise enough how lovely and friendly staff are in the bars and restaurants and at reception!
