The hotel is beautiful. It is located at the heart of Stone town. If you like luxury than this hotel is for you. I’m definitely going to go back. The food and the friendly staff made my stay extra special.

房間很好也很乾凈。服務相當可以，很主動。環境一級棒。附近300米還有桑島唯一一箇中餐廳，性價比很高。值得推薦。但是酒店推薦的出海看海豚和監獄島比較貴，有條件還是外面找。

標準的5星級酒店，設備有些老了，相比北部的吃住全包的星級度假村，無論是服務還是硬件，柏悦的性價比真不高。晚餐管理有點亂。

I highly recommend visiting Stonestown as it feels like the melting pot of the world. To me the architecture feels like Venice mixed with Africa and the Middle East. When traveling to more unknown parts of the world- safety is paramount to any luxury traveling experience. Despite its bustling location, it feels incredibly safe and tranquil within the immaculately curated ground of the hotel. The hotel almost feels like a museum. The Park Hyatt is incredibly well located at the tip of stonestown. Rooms with water views are well appointed have expansive views of the harbor and have great lighting. Given the historic and almost boutique nature of the hotel (＜70 rooms) the service is personalized but not overbearing. The staff is attentive to detail and addresses you by name. This location lives up to the Park Hyatt brand. I highly recommend this hotel and please spend time by the pool, taking in the view and leave ample time for the complimentary breakfast as it is quite lovely with an exotic selection of fruits, Al la carte items and bespoke items to the region. Employees are all well trained, happy to help, and not pushy to upsell (which I really appreciate). Even the security guards were friendly and willing to cater to our every need. Tip: ask for a room with a water view

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar in April 2023 (yes my review is late! but I kept notes) It is a beautiful hotel, centrally located & spotless. A special thank you to Bakari as concierge - he was very helpful with questions and making reservations for us. He connected us with a local tour guide, George, who was excellent and took us on a lot of excellent outings - don't miss the sandbar! We had breakfast each morning at the the hotel. The staff was excellent, helpful and efficient... by the end of our stay we didn't need to ask for our breakfast drinks - they remembered and brought them over! Dominica and Veronica were perfect hostesses and Joel, Alex, Nassir, Mawazo and Paul took excellent care of us each morning - I still miss their smiling faces and tamarind juice! I highly recommend an ocean view room - the true laughter from the kids playing on the beach made me smile every day. Watching the dhows go out each day is another benefit.

Was not expecting that park hayat hotel will be like this because from last experience I have seen better hotels in different countries so I was so disappointed with the condition of the property they have a problem with their maintenance pass ways in front of the rooms smells very bad
