バックステージ ブティック ホテル(Backstage Boutique Spa Hotel)

Really wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Zermatt. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Good sized rooms and very well equipped with excellent quality sheet and towels. Loved the outdoor spa area which was very unique and well laid out. Great breakfast and the staff could not be more helpful.

You can’t go wrong by staying here! The vibe of the whole place is artsy yet elegant. We stayed in The Cube room and can really appreciate all of the details in the custom metal work all over the room. The owner/artist really thought of all of the details from storage to door placement in the bathroom. This may be one of best designed rooms we have ever stayed in all of Europe. I also can’t say enough about the location which is conveniently located off the main street and walkable everywhere. Migros supermarket is next door which adds to its convenience. As if this isn’t enough, the breakfast is excellent and the spa is calmingly relaxing. We loved Zermatt and will stay here next time we are back!

Amazing venue! Great vibes and highly recommend the bar tender Eros. Made us feel so welcomed and the drinks were incredible. 10/10 service and would come back every night if I could. I encourage everyone to stay at backstage or at least come to the bar for drink with Eros.

Hotel was amazing all around. The cocktail bar downstairs was absolutely incredible! An experience in and of itself which I HIGHLY recommend. The drinks were one of a kind. Unique, tastefully made with surprising touches all around. Eros (our bartender) was fantastic. Could not have been more welcoming. The drink list has a few selections you can only see with a dark light flashlight and some of the drinks he made came out on fire, dry ice with torches, marshmallows, tikis, so so fun. You’ve got to got to check out this cocktail bar while in Zermatt. You won’t regret it!

This is such a lovely different designer boutique hotel; apart from the amazingly unique design features (and amazingly unique rooms, I choose the River Room due to travelling with a dog) the service is what completely also excels at thr backstage hotel, Vernissage and the diners club. The service was individual and second to none; a complete credit to all that work at the group designed by ‘Heinz’ someone (excuse not remembering as I write!) diners club was an exeotional meal and bar-designed ‘winter warmer’ (vodka based) cocktail exceptional. I couldn’t have been made to feel more special on a stay; exceptional place, exceptional service. Thank you so very much for an amazing stay Backstage Hotel

Hotel staff were all fantastic. View of the Matterhorn from the room's balcony. Architecture and art was very interesting and cool. All of that created an amazing experience.

Laura was very accommodating with assisting us getting to the hotel as our flight didn’t get into Geneva till 8pm and there was a three hour train ride to get to Zermatt. She arrange our taxi and everything went so smooth. Thank you Laura. Overall great stay and the food was lovely.

We visited this spa for my birthday in September, the hotel facilities were amazing, but the absolute standout feature of our visit was our greeter Jo, who just made us feel so welcome! Such an entertaining staff member, who could not have been more helpful and accomadating, and was a fantastic representation of the hotel, creating a brilliant atmosphere. He really made the experience special for all of us. Thank you Jo! And the hotel is just gorgeous too.

I have been in Zermatt many times and stayd different hotels. This time I decided to stay at this hotel. And it was fantastic. The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are tastefully furnished and room service is provided twice a day. The staff I met was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The SPA area is amazing - jacuzzi, different saunas, etc. Price and quality are in good balance. I was very positively suprised with this hotel and wish the whole Backstage Hotel family all the best. We will definitely go back again next year. Respect !
