Our stay at Panorama Ski Lodge was an unforgettable experience. The owner's hospitality was exceptional, ensuring our every need was met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, adding a touch of magic to our stay. The lodge's overall efficiency was commendable, from check-in to departure, everything ran seamlessly. Absolutely beautiful view from a gorgeous room, and very close to everything in town as well! The owner is absolutely lovely and made us feel at home. The breakfast provided was delicious and was a great start to every morning. Also, we highly recommend the steam room!

Family of 5, spent 6 days at Panorama. Super close to “red line” bus stop, great location, superb hospitality, Brigitte was the perfect hostess - somehow arranged for 5 bluebird days after a 9” snowfall 😎. She also picked us up at the train station. Had fondue / wine gift waiting for us when we checked-in. Breakfast everyday was fantastic. Unlimited gold stars - we will be back.

You will see Matterhorn from your bed. The room is very nice and clean. The kitten is fully equipped. The owner is very nice and friendly. I am truly recommending this Panorama ski lodge for your unforgettable memory in Zermatt

The room is very spacious with a living room, a bedroom, and a large dining room. Very convenient and feels like home. And a good view of Matterhorn. Be a quiet place in Zermatt, and taking E-Bus is convenient to arrive there.

Excellent experience at the Panorama Ski Lodge. Brigitte, the hotel manager is very professional and knowledgeable and all her advice was spot on. The apartment was spacious and really well decorated, spotlessly clean and the Matterhorn view is unbeatable. The location is great, within 5 min walk to the best restaurants and the supermarket. There are other ways but we just walked everywhere. The breakfast was really good and fresh. It's just a really welcoming, beautiful and well run establishment. Overall can't wait to return and highly recommend to others.

Stunning location with an amazing apartment and atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent and Brigitte has been a fantastic host. Would happily come back and stay here. Overall a better stay than we could have imagined. What a unique alpine town!

I stayed in Panorama Ski Lodge with friends (party of 4) for 2 nights. I would give this place ten stars. First - it's located conveniently to have a nice walk to restaurants, shops, trails and lift, but away from crowded village center. Second - our 2bed/2ba apartment was new, spotlessly clean, spacious, conveniently furnished, and a bed was super-comfortable. Lots of storage space. Overall, it had everything one needs for comfortable stay. Third - sumptuous breakfast with yogurts, eggs, meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, choices of coffee/tea... Everyone will find a hearty option before a day of hiking or skiing. The lobby and breakfast room are charmingly decorated, as well as the entire building. Finally, the cherry on top - the view of the famous Matterhorn peak from the windows and balconies (as seen on the attached photos). If I return to Zermatt, I will not even look for another place to stay. I highly recommend Panorama Ski Lodge.

The Panorama Lodge is the perfect get away. Brigitte and the team provided a 5 star customer experience where “cozy meets luxury lodge”. We stayed with Brigitte for a family reunion and it was perfect for everyone - even our small dog ☺️ The rooms are impeccable and the Zermatt Apartment offers a view on to the Matterhorn that is second to none. There are great restaurants nearby, as well as a cafe/corner store and in 10 - 15 minutes you reach the Matterhorn express by foot. We will definitely book again!
